They played the studio version of the solo which is a little over 4 minutes, the live version is around 7 minutes... and has 2 more buildups with the bolero ending.

Comfortably Numb and some of the other Pink Floyd solos are insanely good. You can sing every note because of how memorable and well played they are. Same with Hotel California
