From a synthesiser player, it was not, Baker street was real. Sax synth sounds back then were dire, but now it's a bit of a job to tell in some cases. I have a very realistic sax sound on one synth, and I can play this solo, but even so, i doubt it would fool you.

The Logical Song is a song composed by Roger Hodgson, who became famous and indeed with the album Breakfast in America (Supertramp). The reality and the truth is that Roger has a wide repertoire of songs filled with great Saxophone solo, in which Aaron Macdonald sublimely executed the composition. Best of all is that today, we have Roger doing a great tour around the world, and we can see live a large part of the musical work created by this great talent in the history of modern music. Sax solos in his great songs: Breakfast in America, Give a Little Bit, Take the Long Way Home, It's Raining Again, Don't Leave Me Now etc .... I will be in Germany this month August and September, to enjoy two of his live concerts, a privilege, an experience, pure magic !!

I have been a musician ( for fun mostly) for 40 years. It was the song URGENT that made me pick up a sax, then I went to trumpet, piano, guitar and bass, with harmonica on the side. "Don't leave me now" of Roger Hodgson also a beautiful pièce of sax solo. This is my favorite song but many song of Roger Hodgson (ex supertramp songwriter) are master pièces with sax solo. (Breakfast in America, Give a little bit, Take the long way home, it's raining again, logical song, ....) sublimely executed by Aaron MacDonald (with whom he his on tour). Now today, we can hear the tour in Germanyin August and September. Mr Hodgson has last none of its fabulous talent that made Supertramp famous. If you have a chance, go see it ... It's a experience "magical" and "logical"

The absence of Rick James' Super Freak with Daniel LeMelle on this list really saddens me. Seriously though, how can you not get pumped up for his solo when Rick says "Blow Danny!"
