I don't hold my breath when I go through a tunnel, but I do when I pass a cemetary. It was something they taught us in girlscouts. Holding your breath shows respect for the dead and so wandering spirits don't enter your body.

I'm using my boyfriend's KZbin account while writing this but it's really cool you featured the Blue Ghost tunnel and the Screaming tunnel. We are from Niagara Falls, ON and both tunnels are in the Niagara Region as St. Catherine's is the next town over from us. The tunnels are about a ten minute drive from each other. As teenagers we used to venture in to both tunnels and I can say from a first hand account that even on the hottest summer day the second you enter the screaming tunnel the cold is enough to make you feel as if your standing in an industrial sized freezer, and for the Blue Ghost tunnel many claim to see and photograph a full body apparitions of horses and what appears to be men dressed Victorian era clothing riding them. Very happy you featured these two tunnels. Can you guys do a Most Amazing Top Ten Hauntings of Niagara? We have so many here and in the region most of which are linked to the War of 1812.

There's a tunnel in Colorado called the Eisenhower that stretches 1.693 mi (2.72 km) westbound; 1.697 mi (2.73 km) eastbound (because that makes sense...) and a group I was with competed to see who lasted the longest. I won, finally able to gasp for breath when the tunnel ended. Felt like I was gonna pass out though. lol

Hello guys, I have lots of scary stories. One of them was when I was an army reserve officer, when we were conducting the tactical inspection of our cadets, one of my junior officer told me that there was a girl who got possessed by an entity. They told me that they had just arrived fromthe hospital and that the sedation that they gave her did not work. So I told my juniors to accompany me to their barracks but I told them not to tell me who that girl was. Feeling of dread and a black aura filled the air when I was just in the door. I immediately approached the girl. But her aura was that of an elderly man and an elderly woman. I just told the girl to rest. She smiled weirdly. I went out to check on my other juniors that afternoon. At around 6pm,my juniors told me "Sir, it's happening." So we rushed to the barracks of the girl and told the guys to restrain her. She was just roughly around 4 foot 9 but it took 15 guys to restrain her. 15 big guys plus me. I told them to let her lay down in the platform near the black board. The girl's voice began to change. Like that of an 80 years old woman. I told a junior to give me a lit candle while I was talking to the possessed girl and telling her that I wasn't afraid and that I would hurt the entity if she or he would hurt the girl. The entity was persistent that they would bring the girl. I told them no. When my junior gave me the lit candle, the fire blew towards me. Take note, I was facing the black board. It was like that the candle was blown by an entity who was inside the board. They lit it up once more and it happened again. The third time, I got into a trans like state. And was like battling the entity(ies). They told me that the possessed girl screamed and passed out. After 2 mins, I got out of my trans. Exhausted. And very thirsty. I immediately texted my father. And he told me while reading my message, he got shivers down his' spine. To be honest guys, I never know how I got my talent, and I do not know why I managed to do those things that day. Because that was my first time. But I had other weird stories since I was a kid. And would be much willing to tell them to you. I am a huge fan. Thank you guys.

Hey Rebecca if you guys do a part 2 of spooky tunnels definitely include the 'great bend tunnel' in Talcott West Virginia. It's the tunnel that the John Henry legend is based on yet there's a whole other haunted history entangled with this tunnel. Mostly stemming from all the slaves that lost their lives building the tunnel. Give it a look see.

I have been to both the Blue Ghost Tunnel and the Screaming Tunnel. It was at the Screaming Tunnel that I had a ghostly encounter. As I entered the tunnel I felt a sudden chill in the air. I lit a couple of matches hoping to hear the screams of the girl that was suppose to have died there. Instead I heard the sound of someone or something walking into the tunnel from far end. Because it was a clear night with a full moon I could clearly see there was nothing here but I could hear their footsteps on the loose rocks. It was very creepy.
@taod16325 жыл бұрын
such tunnels so SCARY D:
@CartoonHero19865 жыл бұрын
So the way I heard the screaming tunnel is suppose to work is you have to walk into the center of the tunnel in pitch blackness, once you reach the center of the tunnel (between the two ends) you light a match and hold it out in front of you (it has to be a wooden match) and you wait 10 seconds then blow it out. Once you blow out the match the girl is suppose to scream just behind you. I am sure there are a lot of different "ways" you are "suppose" to do it though since there are a lot of urban legends around it. If you want a good creepy Canadian Road story look up Texas Road in Essex County Ontario.
