Totodile < Cyndaquil No questions. Here's why, in gen 2 at least. Feraligatr: 83 Sp. Def; 78 Speed Typhlosion: 109 Sp. Atk; 100 Speed So, not only will typhlosion outspeed, but can land a super effective, More power than defense, (Special at the time) Thunderpunch. Even if it lives, Feraligatr then can't even take full advantage of it's water type, due to no physical/special split, meaning all water moves are special, and Feraligatr is more physical. Hands down Typhlosion destroys GSC.
