michael Longford Goody became the focus, and she said appalling and ignorant things, but it was Danielle Lloyd who in fact said the most directly racist things, such as 'she should fuck off back to where she came from'. Shilpa was beautiful, classy and intelligent. Jade was none of those things and that's what it was all about.

I watched Tommy Cooper Live... and they did not draw the curtains... They had to fling the curtain around him.. and drag the poor man backstage... you can see the curtain move as they cut to a break. I knew something was terribly wrong... and when he didn’t come on for a bow for the end of the show finale... It confirmed it... It was so Sad!! Tragic really. Don’t think it should be in here... But he did want to go out doing what he loved.. and making people laugh as he went... So I guess he got his wish. R.I.P Tommy.

Right the audience thought it was a act. I watched KZbin video of 1984 Royal variety performance. Tommy years of alcohol drinking lead to his untiming death on stage thst shock the producers by going into a quick advert break leaving audience oblivious to what really happened

I can't help but think that had the Jade vs. Shilpa controversy happened nowadays, there'd have been as many, if not more people saying that the whole thing was Shilpa's fault for not being able to take a joke, and/or that the show had violated Jade's freedom of speech by kicking her out.

I remember Tommy Coopers death. The act up until then had been really funny. Then he put on the robe and suddenly sat down on the floor. We were still laughing. Then a hand came out from behind the curtain and tried to take hold of him and we laughed even more. Suddenly the fan fair music was playing and they were going to a commercial break. We stared at the tv screen in shock. We had no ideal there was a serious problem. It actually upsets me now to see this footage as I never saw it since. Rest In Peace Tommy. You will always be missed.

This might not be a popular opinion but I didn’t like jade I never did and everyone I lived with hated her as well but then as soon as she had cancer everyone who disliked her before suddenly loved her. Don’t get me wrong I don’t wish that illness on anyone at all but I don’t get why horrible people are suddenly forgiven or liked when they are ill. I always felt really sad for her boys as no children should lose their mother like that

Ghostwatch with Parkinson and Sarah Green terrified me, I was 11 when it aired and couldn't finish it. My sister and I stayed up all night reading comics as we couldn't sleep after. I ahve since purchased it on DVD and wtached it all the way through, knowing it was fake this time. It's still good by todays standards (except the kids acting, that's awfull haha!).
