YOU CAN'T TAKE SUNSHINE. ALL CANCER PATIENTS ARE VITAMIN D DEFICIENT. EVERY SINGLE PATIENT
@Parker_Miller_M.S.
@Parker_Miller_M.S. 3 жыл бұрын
@@soldieroftoughlove7635 all people with chronic illness such as cancer will have low measurable levels of 25 hydroxy vitamin D but that doesn't make them defecient. For example, there was a family who lacked the vitamin d binding protein and had undetectable levels of vitamin d but due to them eating a normal diet they were not defecient.

I have been takingVit D supplements for years. A doctor told me that all the psych meds that I take are depleting a lot of vitamins. So I do a lot of supplementation, especially Vit D, C, super B complex. I learned from this video that I should take my Vit D with my Magnesium. Thank you for the info.

I can definitely attest to what is said here. EXTREMELY healthy most ALL of my life (I'm in my later years now) and WITH a very OLD knee injury (from track&field, and running the hurdles) has woke up this OLD injury from that activity! I also am a black woman who was able to ride my bike to work but, with the tightening up of the back wheel (to said bike), it put my bike in 4th gear WHICH put a MAJOR strain on that knee! WOWZER! Had me off of it and even walking for a FULL 3 WEEKS! After consulting with my doctor (a really good one by the way-- not ALL doctors are equal-- VETT THEM, ALL), we did some blood work and lo and behold if I didn't find out (a FORMER athlete) that was really depleted in Vitamin d-3! I eat pretty healthy, exercise fairly regularly but turns out, I needed MORE SUN (the NATURAL way to absorb v-d3)! Couldn't get the 2 hours DAILY (that was recommended) BUT found that supplementing the D-3, made a WORLD of difference! To ALL people and people of colour in particular, PAY ATTENTION! The darker the skin, the HARDER sun can be ABSORBED (UNLESS you have a full 2 hours DAILY in the sun)! Get tested AND check those levels! By the way-- every "PLAGUE" in HISTORY, was due to a D-3 DEFICIENCY!!! Now THAT'S... HISTORY! From the "bubanic plague" to the "spanish flu"! D-3 was MISSING (from that "history") but it WILL, SAVE YOUR LIFE!!! Get on it!!! :) P.S. Aim for the 60 range instead of what the "FDA recommends" or what, ANY "doctor" tells you!!! They got the "food pyramid" ALL WRONG, too! THINK FOR YOURSELVES and LISTEN TO YOUR BODIES!!! A "Doctor" CAN be CHECKED! If they are holding to their OATH, they WILL hear YOU! Peace and love to ALL, mankind! GOD is watching!! :) P.S (or... POST SCRIPT)...One of my FAVORITE ARTISTS, And she's been around for a LONG TIME about "watching our WORDS"... LISTEN carefully and enjoy-- kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZprdkGaPmdmporM

This video confirmed that one of the things I needed was vitamin d. My hair began thinning when I stopped taking it, thinking maybe I was taking too much. I only recently added it again along with vitamin e. When I did, I'd also noticed a wound from a blood test I'd had done @ 7 weeks earlier. But soon after adding the e & d supplements into my diet, I noticed the wound disappeared.

I'm Vitamin D deficient and have osteoporosis. Im younger than most who get osteoporosis. I take a prescription strength Vitamin D. But, I break a lot of bones. In 5 years, I broke my back 3 times, my arm, my toes, my foot and twice my ribs. I didn't have any trauma to cause the breaks, except for my arm, fell down the stairs and my husband hugging me broke a rib . So lack of Vitamin D can cause less absorption of calcium which can cause osteoporosis. At least thats what my bone specialist has told me why I most likely have osteoporosis.

Vitamin D recommended intake is at 400-800 IU/day or 10-20 micrograms. However, some studies suggest that a higher daily intake of 1,000-4,000 IU (25-100 micrograms) is needed to maintain optimal blood levels. But better should be prescribed by a doctor

In searching Osteoporosis remedies, its advised no calcium tabs after age of 50, instead take Vit D3+K2 and magnesium which forces calcium into the bones rather than clogging up cardio veins and arteries, CAC scan exposes calcium build up in these areas which may contribute to heart attacks and strokes. It's always good to learn as much as we can about best solutions. 👍

@@mojophe1617 Cardiologists don't routinely do calcium screening of arteries (which they should do) before prescribing cholesterol lowering drugs. They usually rely on blood lipid levels. If calcium is at an acceptable level I wouldn't medicate. A screening costs about 100 dollars and worth it. You can order it without a doctors referral btw.

I would strongly refer everyone to listen to the recent barbell medicine podcast episode about vitamin D as a lot of these claims made are untrue, based on misrepresented data such as drawing firm conclusions from observational data, or based on research in animals or mechanistic data within cells. There are also no studies cited within the description which is a huge red flag. Having a lower normal Amount of vitamin D is also not defeciency BTW just for those curious. If one were truly deficient they'd develop rickets (if they were a child) or osteomalacia. There are also a large amount of foods fortified with vitam D and calcium so being truly deficient in a developed country is unlikely. Fatigue is a a very general human experience that can be brought on by a lot of things such as lower quality or quantity of sleep, lower than usual calorie intake, etc. Low back pain could have an association but that does not infer causation. Also low vitamin D is not one of the leading caused of low back pain this is blatantly false. I read about pain science constantly and have never come across a study discussing this as a leading cause. Again there's no study cited and this is most likely from observational data. Back pain and pain in general is very complex and this is a very reductionist claim. Wound healing can play into other micronutrients such as vitamin C and protein intake, again there are numerous factors. The only strong claim made is the loss of bone mineral density. Overall, this just seems like a way to nocebo people into buying supplements linked to the channel. Would not recommend, 0/10. If you delete this comment you prove me true in the process. Provide the links to all the "studies" you claim these findings are from and I'll get back to you on the truthfulness of your claims.

Salmon and other cold water fish have some Vitamin D. Milk is fortified with it. However, it very difficult to get D from food. Even more so if one has more melanin. The best source is either sunlight or supplements. If you take large amounts of supplements like over 6000 IU it's best to take K2 so Vitamin D can go to bones and not kidneys.

You would have to eat rather a lot of some foods to get the daily amount. Heat and cold destroy vitamins in foods too. Having a supplement here and there won't harm' you, unless you take certain vitamins in large quantities. Given that most medications can have side effects, doctors shouldn't become to pedantic about dietary supplements?

@MargueriteFairProductions

You are not correct. We need it every day. The blood level should be taken. Vit. D cannot be stored, so we do need it every day. When you are very low, the doctor's will put you on very high doses, then when the levels go up, they recommend whatever dose you need, usually 5,000 , to be taken every day. What needs to be done is have your doctor give you a blood test. Vit D is what we get from the sun. Sitting out in the sun for 20 minutes a day with as much skin exposed as possible gives us what we need, but I burn after 13 minutes, so I take the supplements.

I need to add a couple key points: a HEALTHY level is 40-60. Don't settle for "normal" or insufficiency of 30 or less. 2: being INSULIN RESISTANT or overweight often keeps your body from using "Hormone D" (VitD3), because you have a fatty liver which is what is supposed to convert & use it. 3: magnesium or vitamin K2 deficiency will keep your body from building bone, or could also cause bone & muscle aches too. Both play key roles in VitD absorption also, so shooting your body full of D3 artificially does very little for long term correction
