These mods are pretty cool. I’m really wanting to download them, but my PC seems to have been traumatized by a leviathan at some point because it has PTSD flashbacks from time to time where it refuses to run anything consistently at its original speed. Don’t worry, I’m providing Altera grade therapy, take from that what you will.

To any new modders or people new to the new game. There are a lot of mods that work for only the "legacy" or "pre 2.0" update of the game. Basically if the mod says it uses QModManager or SML, then it's an old mod. Mods these days use the BepInEx library and Nautilus library. sadly you can't tell nexus to "filter out" any mod that requires SML or QModManager. anyway one mod that's been a godsend is Dynamic Scanner blips. EasyCraft, QuickSlot+, and QuickBatterySwitch

I’m not sure why you would really want those color and light changes. Obviously it does resemble real oceans and deep areas better, but it ends up removing a lot of the vibrant beauty of the game. Like why would you ever want to turn the colorful shallows into almost monotone grey. If you want to make a subnautica movie, it would probably look great as an editing effect, but not in the actual gamr

I personally use a vibrant shader preset, that saturates the game a tiny bit and enhances the color.

One of the best QOL mods i ever got was Defabricator. If nothing else the ability to compress titanium into ingots to save on storage and then decompress them later when needed is a godsend. 1 wall locker only holds 30 titanium. But in ingot form it can hold 300.

I feel like the best is the visible lock interior is the most game-like for me The extra species mod is not bad, but most of them feel a little off comoared to tve rest of fish, maybe a in a new biome they would fit

The Control Room would do that. It's part of the base game in BZ, but they didn't backport that into the OG 2.0 update. It's available in some mods I believe.

we already have subnautica 2- it's called below zero..

Hey, uhm, question. Im pretty sure im 2.0 Mode, and radial tabs is compatible with it, right? But it says I require QMod, but, thats for legacy branch. Mods are only awailable on pc the only games that you can mod is where are direct settings for this like fallout 4

I was going to make a fancy panel when I helped make the interior, but never got around to it. Think there is still plans for more upgrades, but the main creator has a lot going on. So no clue how long it might take ^^

As I explained in the video, not all mods are compatible with the newest Subnautica version, so you'd have to roll back and also install older versions of the mods that are (Radial Tabs & Locker interior)

DeExtintions - fine mod but not playable. Over time your game will crash due to creatures respawn bugs. This is a bug that wasn't fixed yet.
