The higher you go into the atmosphere the colder it gets. Depending on Angel's max height when it comes to his flying ability he would need to be able to withstand the cold. Illustrated by the problem in Iron Man where he had to put a special coating on his armor so that he could deal with the icing issue.

he never had healing factor as a angel or when the morlockscut his wings off if he had healing he would accpet sinestro or/and apocalipse to turn him to arcangel. he only was able to fly as angel.

ARCHANGEL is my fav X-Men character & Warren is underrated AF. dude has defeated Wolverine multiple times, out flown Iron-Man, smashed some of the hottest female characters... Archangel would be the perfect leader for mutants that should be against Evil Charles' current status quo on Krakoa.
