Falcon aka Sam Wilson has become a very prominent figure in the world of Marvel lately. Graduating from comic books to appearing alongside Captain America in the MCU, The Falcon has gone from near obscure to one of the most recognizable marvel superheros around as well as one of marvel avengers. With the upcoming new series, Falcon and the winter soldier, we decided to put together a Sam Wilson themed list in order to learn even more about him. Facts. Tbh I'd want them to give Falcon actual powers. They can give him powers. He should at LEAST have superhuman speed and agility. It makes no sense to have him be Cap's partner but have no powers. I hope they give him the super soldier serum in the new Falcon/Winter Soldier show. Make him a badass

starfirescream Ere Yeah he does. He got like...a telepathic link with Redwing. I hope they do something real tight with Falcon fr. He deserves more shine. They made Bucky into a super soldier in the MCU even though he’s not one in the comics. They could do the same for Sam.

I totally agree. The MCU version is SO diluted & watered down in terms of aesthetics and powers (compared to the comics) that it's one of the worst of unspoken/unrecognized crimes done by Marvel Studios lol.

Same, i get it, his wings and it being a 'suit' takes a way the uniqueness cos the question pops up to me "what is falcon without the wings? Someone else would just take the wings" type angle but it would be weird to see dude with actual wings walking about lol

Sam Wilson has NO "super powers". Just being really good at it, in really "peak physical shape", having really good aim, or having a suit he wears. The same goes for Tony Stark. he has no "super powers" either.

To me he has issue standing out . He almost feel like he was put there because he is afro american. A little bit like Blackwiddow seamed to be on the MCU team because they wanted a woman. Miles Morales and She Hulk are example of character that manage to stand out with their own comic . They will have to work hard on the DIsney + TV show.

In the comics, I thought The Falcon became an official Captain Falcon. I thought that was great, then I saw Captain Steve came back as a villian, then came back as a hero. So Sam had to give up the mantle of being Captain America. Kinda made me sad, it was great to see Steve again. Then Seeing Sam give up what he worked for was tough, being Captain America is such a big thing and Sam worked to prove himself to the people and his team. Sure there are allot of characters out there in the multiverse but I feel like Sam being Captain Falcon could've been an amazing turn over for the character. Especially on the issues we have today Captain Falcon is the perfect choice for Freedom and Justice. #BlackLivesMatter

Falcon is a wack. Bucky should have gotten Cap's shield. Falcon can be shot out of the sky. His wings are dope yes, but he's basically black widow/ Hawkeye level. Iron man is human like them, but has a full suit protecting him from harm all over. You can shoot Falcon from the pecker and below and he is F'd! He needs a full suit that covers his body. To many weak spots I think. Maybe I'm just mad Bucky didn't get the shield.
