I would recommend Odaiba area. There are theme park that kid can enjoy such as Lego park, retro theme candy place! Also team labs near by😊

Day time yes. you can take children to observation decks, Game Center,karaoke and get some food here. But you can’t take them to samurai restaurant and bars So I don’t recommend you to come night time with kids. They can’t enjoy enough in here night time

@@ShoMeJapan actually, bars it depends on the spot, though they will refuse if its night time / many people in the bar. At least that was what all the bartenders i asked last time i had this question. I asked a couple in Osaka and Couple working in Golden Gai.
