No, he does take sides, he is paid by the same billionaires corporations like big pharma, military industrial complex, which is why now he is all for the vaccine, and all about sending money to Ukraine, if he was a truth teller he would be persecuted and never allowed on TV, since he is a propagandists he is celebrated and loved, by people like yourself.

Yeah, him ripping into the entirety of congress about why the September 11th first responders are not getting full coverage in healthcare is probably the strongest argument he has ever made. The fact that he even pointed out that a large portion of congress was absent when it was his turn to discuss the issue with them is the most upsetting part of the whole situation.

Stewart also waited in the halls of the Capitol for Mitch McConnell, who refused to see him in his office, & as soon as Stewart saw McConnell, he got right up into his face & said (paraphrased), "Pass the damn bill." I will always have the greatest respect for the tenacity Jon Stewart showed to ensure that our 9/11 heroes were taken care of properly. That's the least we could do for our first responders.

I remember the episode following Trump's announcement that he was running for President in June 2015. Jon had already announced his retirement for the fall. Bush was so bad, we as a nation decided "fu*k it, let's give the black guy a chance!" We were so naive back then. And that led to a small but VERY outspoken group of Americans to take the statement "how stupid can you be," more literal than most thought humanly possible!!! Most honorable mention: Jon Stewart telling the hosts of _Crossfire_ that they were hurting America and that they should stop, leading to the demise of _Crossfire._ On January 5, 2005, CNN President Jon Klein announced that the network had cut ties with Tucker Carlson and would be cancelling _Crossfire_. Klein explicitly cited Stewart's on-air criticism of Crossfire as a factor in the network's decision, commenting, "I agree wholeheartedly with Jon's overall premise". I loved Jon Stewart for years watching him on the daily show. THEN I found out his political side and made me love him even more. What he did for 9/11 first responders brings tears to my eyes every time I watch the videos.

I clicked on it for the title and didn't realize it was mojo. This channel is like Watching a basketball game on TV while Listening to a football game on the radio. 🤫

If you're a politician going to do an interview with Jon Stewart, you better be the most perfect politician ever or prepare to get torn apart, no matter which party you belong to.

I love how Jon Stewart calls politicians out on their outrageous B/S. He did the same thing before congress for the 9/11 emergency workers exposed to cancer causing agents while cleaning up in the aftermath of 9/11 and military personnel who were exposed to chemical poisons while working on military bases since 9/11.
