👍 #3 and #10 are the best ones. I saw lots of 2nd LTs who show up with chips on their shoulders thinking they are the most gong ho and know everything and honestly they get mocked and laughed at behind their back by everybody from any rank. The ones who come to the duty station willing to learn the climate like Alaska as well as how the army actually works then you are liked and get great respect 👍
