My name is Bob Onysko and, for 25 years, I was Global Director of Quality for American Tourister and Samsonite luggage. As such, I developed many ways to test the durability of both luggage components and each piece of luggage as a unit. The reason for this comment is to commend your methods and resourcefulness in testing consumer products. I never tire of watching your videos. I've been retired now for about twenty years but your videos bring my memories back to my lab where my testing took place. Bravo to you and keep up the great analyzes.

Man, do you know why I love this channel so much? Because I saw someone in the comments recommend almost every single one of those video a few weeks or months before they came out. The fact that you actually give a crap what we think and want to see means so much. Everybody talks a big game about how much they care about their subscribers, but you actually back it up. Your videos are invaluable to the consumer; you are the John Stossel of consumer product testing. I was surprised at just how many I had seen, but it's good to have a recap of the best triumphs throughout the year. Especially when the odd tool performed so much better than its competition. The Milwaukee driver as an example, was miles above the competition and buying anything else would be a false economy. With most there's a sliding scale of cost to performance so they win but don't really stand out. Having all the superstars in one video is a nod to their manufacturers. I get a real sense of a tools actual value from these videos, rather than what the blurb on the box says, or what the shills online say. After being tested by this man you know which brands are going to hold up over time, in some cases no matter how hard you work them!

Baking soda is great, as alkaline substances help break down the grease/oil. A little Dawn Blue and some baking soda works pretty darn well. Although I like to use orange smelling goop with pumice in it too.

@@Francois_Dupont Phillips bits were designed with cam out in mind to limit torque. It was an easy way of letting people with low skill assemble items and not over torque the screws. So sometimes cam out is actually desirable.
