i work here and i can confirm that a lot of these aren’t true, especially the secret item menus. we don’t even carry marinara sauce anymore and the turkey pepperoni sandwich doesn’t exist

I agree most those items don't exist, I've worked at jersey mikes for over a year. I would gladly make most of those options if the customer told me how but nobody should come in and expect the employee to know the item.

I work at jersey mikes, i also used to work at arbys and the chimacum cafe - every where i work costomers claim there is a secret menu ... we usually "entertain" the costomers but there is no hidden menu it just wouldnt be profitable to leave good food or options hidden.

All the information is correct except that Jersey Mike's does not oven roast their turkeys in store. Turkeys are prepackaged like most of the deli meats they serve, but they do slice everything in front of you. Source - Former employee of Jersey Mike's (3 years in the field and 1 year Managing until I was furloughed)

I am a shift lead at a Jersey Mike's and I've NEVER heard of a 'chicken philleroni' there is no button on our registers for that or the turkey and pepperoni. We're not allowed to put cold cuts on the grill. Edit: i quit this job like a week after i posted this lolol

Here is one fact you forgot, they have N O C L U E what customer service is. Everytime I have walked into a Jersey Mike's the employees look like they want to kill themselves. They never smile, say hello or thank you. They don't even make eye contact. At least in Melbourne Florida

The 99 should be ordered as a Big Kahuna with Chipotle Mayo. Most JMs don't know what the 99 is... The 4, the 1, 12, 11 are all available on the app. They're not secret in most markets. Lastly...another blogger covered the chickenphillaroni already. Just order that as a Philly with extra meat substitute pepperoni. Otherwise, most staff don't know what that is either...it was an LTO once yearsssss ago. ALSO, airport jersey mikes locations USUALLY use the airports point of sale system. They may not accept short points because of this. Most airports use extremely secure systems for all their restaurants - Jersey Mike's wouldn't be an exception to this rule. Just fyi. Otherwise this video is actually pretty accurate and pretty cute.

I've been to Jersey Mike's once cause a customer gave a me giftcard. It was good and the staff was very friendly. My experience was fun, the staff (general manager included) were sarcastic and I love sarcasm so I had fun going back and forth with sarcastic banter. Well, try downloading the Jmikes app, and the app allows you to get delivery if you live close enough and it’s a collab with Door dash. So a door dash driver will drop it off but at least if you order it on the app they have all the secret menu options

Sad that you wasted your efforts on a video for Jersey Mike's - even more sad is that I wasted my time watching it. Jersey Mike's San Mateo store in Albuquerque is the most miserable excuse for a sub shop to ever exist. I ordered an Original Italian with extra meat and after paying over $11 for the sandwich there was less than 2 ounces if meat in total. This chain is a total RIP-OFF.

No they don't, you have total control. You ask for meat/cheese options beforehand and they ask you if you want it Mike's Way but you can get whatever you want. For hot subs, you just specify beforehand and they'll do whatever.
