huh, no kefka was a surprise. anyway, my 5th favorite villain (it's a game never talked about) is the demon queen, mother from wild arms. she starts off revived by her children, defeated half way in the game, swallowed by her son zeikfried and then at the end of the game, bursting alien like out of his body as the penultimate boss. by any measure, that is some story for a game's boss
