I'd personally say that Okumara's palace has good idea's. The execution was just terrible. I think that the palace itself should lay more focus on baton-passes since the boss requires you to use them and the first half should be about Morgana's arc and second half about Haru's arc

Bro I’m just gonna say it okumura is not that hard. It’s really not. You have literally been preparing for this since the beginning of the game by this point you should know how to work these mechanics and how to strategize to deal with multiple enemies at the same time I mean, for God sake, they literally teach you the baton mechanic and how to increase your damage you should also have strong personas by this point and no how to exploit weaknesses and effects to get technical damage Killing every enemy at the same time is not a difficult challenge, especially if you’re using baton Pass and applying buffs this entire boss fight is just a knowledge check

Subcon Forest is overrated. The Mansion mission was a huge disappointment. The swamp suuuuuuuucks. The Snatcher is a fun character. I like Alpine because it is visually appealing to me.

As someone who has played Super Mario Sunshine, I want to point out that when Mario ‘killed’ the Wiggler in Sunshine, he missed one simple crucial detail. The Wiggler in Sunshine WAS NOT EVEN REAL! It was a creation of Bowser Jr.’s and it dissolves into sand after Mario defeats it. Like it could be that there is a Wiggler variant in Isle Delfino that Bowser Jr. is making a copy of, but we never see this original Isle Delfino variant of Wiggler in the game.

in my opinion i dont really like the dr1 chapter 3 class trial, it was pretty obvious how hifumi was an accomplice and celestia was the murderer. it was just hard to sit through overall because of how boring it felt sitting there after already solving almost the entire murder

king dice is so damn hard it took me so long that i’ve gotten the dice manipulation in my muscle memory

When you rambled on about there being no indicator about which fireball will jump, it isn’t entirely true, as the more sleepy looking fireballs can’t jump, and if there’s a long chain of them, more often than not the next non-sleepy fireball WILL jump, you can also tell which direction they are going to jump if you look closely.

btw the fireballs will make a noise (hope that helps with grim)

During my first playthrough of Psychonauts 1, I played through every level to completion... heck even the overworld I went out of my way to complete everything that I could find... Except Mia's Dance Party... and I have this video to thank for it... so thank you for making me value my time! Edit: wanted to clarify... it was just the race that I chose to not look for all the figments in... and aside from the figments Im pretty sure I got everything else. Though I will not that I found out that "walking" was somewhat of a viable method... I just didnt want to go through the entire course... you know... walking...

It's a pretty niche game (I think) but the game Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch has an INCREDIBLE twist relating to the very core of the game. It's also present in Dominion of the Dark Djinn, but I fear more people have played White Witch than they have with Dark Djinn. Definitely worth a look IMO. Twist explained beneath the cut The game introduces a soulmate mechanic, which isn't romantic in any way, but instead means that anyone in our world has a soul that's linked to someone in the second world that you visit in the game. You take advantage of this frequently; when something's wrong there, something's wrong back home, and usually it helps to see the other half of the picture. But the whole thing comes to a head when you face off against the main villain for the final time, and it's revealed that the main character's soulmate is the main villain, meaning that once you defeat him and kill him, you die too.
