Self Care is a great perk WHEN USED WISELY - the ability to fully heal yourself on the spot no questions asked is often clutch. Making your medkit last longer is a nice bonus too.

Wake Up has kind of become a meta perk for me, too many instances where I'm the last one alive and the hatch gets closed, Wake up + Resiliance + Spine Chill helps gurantee an escape in those situations (which again happens alot to me)

Poised is fun with blast mine, put it on a 99d gen, killer kicks it, you finish the gen and leave (better if you also have sprint burst), no scratch marks to track you The few times ive gotten this to work were the most fun ive had with DBD in a while

the nice thing about Poised is that you specifically don't have to pop the gen to get the effect to take place. I personally advocate for poised because it works well if you're in a chase when a gen gets popped. Hidden scratch marks while being chased for 10 seconds can make it really easy to lose that killer, especially if the other survivors are wise enough to work on separate gens that all start popping somewhat close to each other. I was in a match where 3 gens all popped while I was in chase and my scratch marks were all hidden for a good portion of that chase. Super situational, yes, but i like it

I kinda disagree with all of these other than 6 and 2. No mither is a great perk for antislugging and hiding to leave chases. Visionary is GREAT for starters, helping them get permanent knowledge. Poised is amazing when perfectly timed during chases. Slippery meat is decent, but even with the 4/10 chance, you can still get out much more often than 1/10. Premonition can give more info than spine chill, with a cooldown. TINH is also great for beginners, helping them get timing for great skill checks. Sole Survivor is great in combos, say against BBQ & Chili, if you're within 40 and 72 meters from the killer, youre immune. I seriously think you forgot to keep in mind that beginners play, as you barely said anything about the beginner aspect of the game. No hate, I just thought that these perk choices for the "worst" are a little subpar. I honestly think you can have a great game with any perk and practice.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe slippery meat is a flat bonus and doesn’t stack with each unsuccessful attempt. So ultimately with no other perks or offerings you would only have an 8% chance to unhook yourself.

I have escaped more times using up the ante and slippery than I ever have using deliverance. Sure you lose and extra perk slot but you're not putting yourself/teammate at risk or fighting for saves. Plus, you're not broken so insta heal with resurgence and DS if the killer decides to tunnel you. Yes, this is viable.

Bruh, Visionary is probably the best perk to find gens on indoor maps, including hawkins, hospital, game, RPD map. Sure it's not that hard to find gens on regular maps like autohaven, coldwind, etc, but 1/6 of the maps in the game are indoor maps, and for some reason it feels like you get them all the time, so visionary becomes really useful in those maps. Visionary also helps for getting a layout of the map for where all the gens are. People don't look into this all the time, but I like to focus on not "3 gen(ing)" ourselves. Knowing where the gens are on the map helps you point out where the middle gens are, which are the gens you most likely want to do first, and ofc the gens surrounding them. "3 gen(ing) yourself in this game is like the worst possible thing to do, especially when the killer does it on purpose, only keeping 3 gens close to each other to monitor them. Ofc you can do these tasks without visionary, but it's good info to have, for a perk slot. Also note that Poised activates when "ANY" generator is completed, not the one you currently complete. Yes I agree it's a bad perk, but bad as in very situational. However, imagine using this perk with adrenaline. You're hella fast, and you don't leave scratch marks, but it's still very situational for you to be getting chased by the killer when a gen pops :/ No mither literally counters slugging. It feels good to use, as long as you're using dead hard with it. Yes, you're probably better off with unbreakable as a 1 use perk, but it's really not that bad with dead hard. Ok, well... maybe a little lol. No mither also counters plague since you won't have a reason to cleanse. However, it does not counter oni 0_0.

I feel No Mither should be in the first place - many perks are borderline useless, but this one actually hurts you from the start of the match, and no killer aware of its existence will ever slug you to try and use its only potential benefit, since it also immediately telegraphs its presence from the start of the match. The only time I used it was in combination with This is Not Happening to get through great skill checks challenges faster (especially master ones), always feeling guilty for weakening the team in the process.

i do love 2 of those cuz they help anti-tunneling, up the anthe and slippery meat with decisive strike maybe worse than deliverance but it works almost every game with luck offering chance is 21% to unhook self x6 times so i run it, plus i can't count the amonth of times my team left me to dying hook before first unhook or just simply grief me in front of killer.

Sure its hard to plan with that perk since it is pretty much "random" when it actiaves but you can make some good plays with that perk, it doesnt deserve at all to be at that spot tbh.

If you combine Slippery meat with Up the Ante you can unhook easily and if you burn something that gives you luck you can escape in the first 3 tries But it is better a combination of perks that let you escape before the hook

I think you should've included Left Behind as an honorable mention. It's a perk that also banks on other survivors dying before it's useful and the ability isn't going to matter that much if you're the last one alive anyway. It's only useful if the killer isn't already near you and doesn't know where you are, and if you want to find the hatch you can still just use your eyes and ears.

Déjà Vu isn’t bad if you’re new to the game. It’s also superior to Visionary because it can help prevent a three gen and it doesn’t deactivate when a gen pops which seems counter-productive for a gen-finding perk.

Well, to give credit to NOLB, it was created before "end game" was introduced.. survivors can "abuse" this perk before because there's no penalty for opening gates.. but when end game was introduced, gates are typically left at 99% and only opened if needed so that end game won't trigger..

I think No Mither is underrated. You can make some fun but also good builds with it. I think the problem people have with this perk is that they have to change there playing style. But if you get used to it and play a bit more cautious and the right perks on your hands to get the most out of the broken status effect No Mither can be absolutely mindblowing. And I had some very good plays with No Mither.

I dont think you know how poised works. It hides your scratchmarks if ANY gen is done. So if you get chased and one gen pops you have no scratch marks for 10 even during the chase. Thats decent.

hey I know this is opinion based, though maybe you could do a part 2? there are tons of bad perks in the game. I used to run wake up a year ago as my main build. then it had a bug where you not only opened the gate faster, you did gens 15% faster.. there are times when I'm the last chase so I can't focus on where the gates are and in those times I'd appreciate me or someone else having wake up so I know where to loop and situate myself.

I don't think No Mither can really be counted in perk tier lists because it's more designed to be a challenge perk. If you want to challenge yourself, you run the perk. The vast majority of people look at the broken part of the perk and know it's not good. People run it because they want they want the game to be harder, and it definitely succeeds in that regard.

Each individual attempt is out of its own 100% so in reality you have still a tiny chance only increased by more tries

Deja vu is worse than visionary imo bc it only shows 3 gens for 60 seconds (max tier) in the begging while visionary shows any gen within 32 meters for the whole trial (except the cooldown after repairing the gen). So Deja vu should be on #10 instead of visionary.
