0:34 11 health benefits of celery
1:20 Thanks for watching!
In this video, we’re going to take a look at some of the health benefits of celery. Celery is a tasty snack that can be eaten alone or dipped in nut butter, hummus, or salad dressing. Always choose organic celery-conventional celery is sprayed with around 19 different pesticides!
Celery contains the chemical 3-n-butylphthalide which has many health benefits! Here are some of the health benefits of celery:
1. Lowers blood pressure
2. Decreases muscle spasms
3. Decreases edema
4. Reduces gas
5. Reduces constipation
6. Boosts testosterone
7. Improves relaxation and sleep quality
8. Dissolves gallstones and kidney stones
9. Improves arthritis
10. Improve ulcers
11. Improve gastritis
To address any of these health issues, try consuming 3 stalks of celery each day for several weeks.

I agree Victoria. My joints don't hurt, my workouts are easier to do and I'm not sore the next day. Blood sugar and Blood Pressure are better, less mood improved. So many other benefits. No side effects from juicing. I like celery but eating it is not something I can do. It's nasty to drink, but the benefits are amazing ☺️

@tubetime39
@tubetime39 Жыл бұрын
@@s0pl775 Yes huge according to Anthony Williams the celery expert. I am just starting but my brother kept telling me..."celery juice it works for me" Eating is better than not, but juicing without the fiber and preferably w/o even water. No lemon, fruit etc, just celery juice is the most effective way. Adding things dilutes it making it less effective. Anthony Williams ( his book should arrive today) says it does even more then Dr Berg ( the best !!) is saying about the possible benefits !

As someone who worked in agriculture and row crops, organic is truly more of a consumer demand, than actually being healthier for you. Organic crops are actually sprayed 2-3 times more often than conventional crops, just with "organic" sprays. These organic pesticides are still pesticides, and are actually often times the more naturally occurring forms of incesticides (ie: naturally occurring types of neurotoxins or growth regulators) which the conventional pesticides are based off structure and effect of the naturally occurring organic ones. Still bad to consume, and both need to be very thoroughly washed. The label organic truly just makes people feel better, plain and simple.

I heard that if you cut up and soak/wash your store-bought vegetables in a sink of water with some bicarbonate of soda dissolved in the water (a couple of teaspoons - a tablespoon or so) for about 10 minutes, this can neutralise any pesticide on the vegetable, also give it a good swish and rub.

Apples store well in a ziplock back, air squeezed out, in the fridge or basement. I like to wash cilantro and freeze it. It turns very dark, but shatters well when you crumble it, and tastes great! Cilantro is very good for you, helping your body to remove waste, as onions do. Generally, if not always, raw fruit and vegetables is best. Or at least not cooked over 118˚. You have a good idea.

There are always inquiring minds and millions of questions :) Microbes, outside of the body: does body lotions or oils kill them and does using hand sanitizer really a good thing? We think that being squeaky clean is a good thing, but going back generations, kids played in the dirt. They got their baths (I would assume) but did they die or get horrible diseases that we don't see anymore? Another, I would have say that I just don't get pH as it passes through the inside of our bodies. Why does it change and how does it affect us if it changes in the wrong way or can it? What are your thoughts on wheatgrass? If you have already made videos of any of my suggestions, no problem as I am still working through all of your videos. Thanks again!

m de -My mom quit her prescribed medicine and simply added one drop of Iodine (she bought it on Amazon) to a glass of water everyday and she now has no symptoms of Hashimotos. Might be worth a look. Good luck.
