This might not be ideal for everybody, but it works phenomenal for me. I take an hour a day and I do multiple surveys online and the rewards I get for the surveys I redeem for gift cards from various grocery stores like Walmart, Kroger, Aldi, and a local store to me called Wegmans. I can usually rack up $20 every 2 to 3 days so that would be roughly about $160 a month so basically my out-of-pocket cost for groceries is $0 a month. You couple that with sale prices on meat, and produce, and whatever else I decide to buy like cheese and salad dressings and basically I’m good to go. Because I’m a member of three survey sites, I can also redeem for restaurant gift cards as well as retail gift cards so many of my appliances lately like the ninja creami were also free from amazon

I found in my area, Walmart groceries in general, are more expensive. Using a air sealer helps with freezing bulk meats. And using Debbie's green bags to store veggies helps keep them fresh longer so you do not have to throw any out. If anyone has a Winco near you they are usually the best deal.

My hubs works for Wal-Mart delivery and does shopping for customers also. When he shops for me, he uses scan and go, then he just sticks his CC in and whoosh he's out the door. I also use the online shopping too and he just picks it up for me. Great system and I avoid the "hidden persuaders".

I have a Walmart and Fry's (Kroger) and I did pickup for a couple of years BUT I joined the Walmart+ and Fry's delivery and love, love, love it. On line I get all the specials and coupons and I find I spend less.

I use the delivery options from Walmart and I found I've spent a lot less with it I highly recommend doing it. The delivery out measure the over spending you do at the store and you can get unlimited delivered for being a member

I buy meat in bulk, but I also do the price per analysis first. Sometimes things in singles are cheaper by the pound than bulk. Bulk sales also seem to pop up more than singles. Also check what days your grocery store is likely to put things on mark down. I have found some amazing deals by shopping in the middle of the week rather than the weekend.

Thank you for this video and for sharing my comment. Even though I pay delivery fee and tip, I still come out cheaper than going in the store. Saves me gas money too. If I receive an incorrect item or if something I ordered is missing but they still charged me for it, I do a “return” on the app and they put the money back in my account… no questions asked!

Most stores have meat mark downs Tuesday or Wednesday. So the weekend shoppers tend to pay full price. So timing can play a factor as well.

Thanks for video! Great ideas. Do NOT purchase Walmart Plus for the scan and go! In my opinion it’s not scan and go when you still have to stand in line to pay!! I do the scan and go at Sam’s and love it. Will not do it at Walmart. However, the Walmart plus is worth it for the delivery option. My sister doesn’t drive so she does the majority of her shopping this way.

I didn’t like the soda stream because we had to deal with the co2 canisters and buy and turn in replacements then Walmart stopped taking the old ones in my area, so too big of a hassle for us.

If you would buy meat in bulk, look for a restaurant supply store like the US Chef Store. Incredibly good meat prices but you have to buy it in BIG packages. Saves me tons. Also sugar-free coffee syrups are there at really good prices. Lots of other bargains too, but some items are NOT so be aware of prices. I use my Costco, Safeway, and Walmart apps while I'm IN the stores to compare prices. But if I'm at Winco, and some items are slightly less at Walmart or vice versa, I consider the cost of gas and time about whether it's worth the drive or not.

I hate having all my purchases tracked by the Walmart app but it really helps with budgeting. If you don’t have enough money for everything you can adjust it to the most important items. Also as you run out of items you can add them to your cart so you don’t forget.

I found the Soda Stream to be not worth it. Replacement cartridges too expensive. I have the Walmart delivery service and I love it. Be careful tipping the driver can get to be expensive. Depending on how often you use the delivery service, Walmart does offer an upgraded service for an extra $50 per year and it saves me money because you are not allowed to tip your driver. I use the service at least every 2 weeks so driver tips were adding up quickly. The extra $50 for the upgraded service ended up saving me money.

Amy-of course you can remove items as you’re checking out!?!?? Soda streams are awful! Nothing tastes good or even remotely close to the name brand pop it’s mimicking. I gave mine away,👎👎
