6:18 Me and my older brother were in chess school in our childhood. That time we hadnt internet. And our age was less than 10. My brother discovered this move against his opponent and checkmated him. He didnt even know what he is doing but when opponent started to restart the table my B asked what you doing? He said dont you see? You beat me. Then he realised and teached me that move at home. It became our favorite move. Its so good. Either you beat your opponent by 4 move or you are hunting down his troops. And opponent just watching you hopelessly 😁

Indeed, the "trap" set for your opponent can backfire if the opponent studies said opening better than you, or just from the potential trouble derived from the riskiness of the more reckless traps

What about the Tennison Gambit (Here I'm using a variation of the Fried Liver Attack) 1. Nf3 d5 2. e5 In this version, Black takes the e5 pawn with their pawn, but White plays Ng5, attacking the pawn. Black plays Nf6, defending the pawn and developing the knight. White then plays Bc4, targeting the f7 square. If Black doesn't know what's happening, White can then move their knight to f7, forking the rook and queen, basically winning a rook (or even a queen if Black blunders)
@@JDoe-dv8cn Actually it's not really, however it's kind of more like an improvised version since when I play 4. d3 (normal Tennison ICBM) against the AI instead, the AI tends to ignore it which hampers my development
@HannesK732 жыл бұрын
I think it‘s the most common openning in chess
