Aero Man. Weapon of choice: Crossbow. Element: Wind. Stage name: Aero Fortress. Attacks: Fires arrows that travel in a straight line, Creates a tornado of arrows around him to block incoming fire, Jumps into the air to fire multiple arrows at you from above in quick secession, envelopes himself in a tornado and charges at you, with invincibility frames on, to try and slam you into a wall, summons mini tornados to fire a you, and shoots a tornado enveloped arrow to try and push you away or deal damage.

Design based on: grim reaper, the Others from Game of Thrones; Attacks: throws the scythe; teleports; shoots ice knives; summons robot zombies; blade combo that deflects shots then dashes at you; creates ice spikes; rolls by spinning the scythe; creates a giant hand made of robot corpses. Weapon given: Ice Scythe (fires a boomerang-like blade)

You may find this weird but I actually really like Top Man He's quite ironically my favorite Robot Master in Mega Man 3. First off, I like the design. It gives that flashy cool look to him that really says "Top Man". Second, his stage is quite fun to go through and I like messing around with some of the stage mechanics, not to mention his stage music is my favorite song in the game. I love that tune. The only downfall for him is his boss fight. It felt way too easy, predictable, and pattern based. I feel that if they made the tops he threw complete homing projectiles coming for you (like most missile weapons you get) and he's go back and forth spinning very fast, he'd be pretty difficult. I do love the Top Spin. It's so good for speedrunning. And it's fun to mess around with as well. I honestly like all of the Mega Man 9 and 10 Robot Masters. I find Plug Man kinda cool. He has a fitting design to go with his name, he has a fun stage to go through and the Telli's aren't annoying to deal with. And I do like the music in his stage. It feels electric. Ironically Plug Man gets a reputation for being the hardest Robot Master in Mega Man 9. Really though. Buster only he's kinda tricky sometimes compared to the other 7 Robot Masters. While yeah, you can almost lock him into a pattern. Keyword *almost*. Sometimes when I do everything right to get him into the pattern, he'd react differently to it. I don't know if it's that the pattern isn't full proof or if it's just simply the random number generator being uncooperative. His weapon is pretty much a much faster and slightly more powerful Search Snake. I really like using it against grounded enemies. Mega Man 10. I'm gonna be honest. Strike Man is actually my favorite Robot Master in Mega Man 10. It might be weird to some but it's true. The design is pretty cool looking. He has a fitting stage that's quite fun to play through. Even with some badly placed enemies. Fireball Strike is one of my favorite songs in the series, and the Rebound Striker is my 2nd favorite weapon to use in Mega Man 10. It's like Nerfed Metal Blade + Faster Gemini Laser. There are only two downfalls. One, the fight with him on Normal Mode felt way too easy. This is why I prefer his Hard Mode fight. He's way too pattern based and it's easy to figure out how to avoid his attacks. Thankfully Hard Mode fixed that by making him have an attack pretty difficult to dodge at times where he jumps in the middle of the room, trows 5 Rebound Strikers very quickly in different directions, and it can be difficult to keep track of them sometimes. Thankfully he does get dizzy after that giving you free hits on him. The other downfall is he's a little too simply overall. Simple design, fitting stage that's all about sports, gives you a sports based weapon, has a song that fits for a baseball game, very simple fight (unless you're on Hard Mode), yeah. I honestly have neutral feelings for Crash Man. By technicality though he is my 4th favorite Robot Master in Mega Man 2. He has a cool design that really says "Crash Man". The music in his stage is quite catchy. It's like the happy song in Mega Man 2 (which actually is very unfitting for Crash Man personality wise), like Elec Man from Mega Man 1, Magnet Man from Mega Man 3, Ring Man from Mega Man 4, etc. Everything else just feels neutral. The stage is okay I guess. It's the vertical stage pretty much with mostly Telli's and Pippi's. Although that final room is where it gets dicey. The Prop Tops get annoying very fast. And I like how you can take advantage of the Telli rooms with the Leaf Shield. His main downfall is the fight. He has terrible aim. he jumps when he attacks, he only jumps when you attack him, he's always going toward you, that's sounds like a pattern. It's dull, it's boring, it's tedious. Why do I see people that think he's hard. His weapon feels like a win or lose weapon. It's great for getting power-ups, destroying the stupid Turret Boss in Wily Stage 4, but not so much for normal enemies. Overall, I find Crash Man kinda neutral. It's your opinion. I understand why you don't like Crash Man. And I'm gonna have to agree with you on Heat Man. I never liked Heat Man. The song is repetitive sometimes, but I do like the drumbeats in it. The stage is quite the annoying one. Lava, precise jumps, and Telli's. Bad combination. The Disappearing Block puzzles can sometimes be kinda annoying. I don't get how people think that one puzzle over the lava and a bottomless pit is hard. I find that puzzle pretty easy. The only part that I worry about is one small part of the puzzle over the bottomless pit. And the fight, the only tricky part is the first shot of fire. That's kinda tricky to dodge at the very beginning. Otherwise, he charges when you shoot him. It's an easy, tedious battle. The Atomic Fire is pretty much the early Charge Shot only that it takes way too long to Charge up, and while it's powerful when fully charged, it wastes a huge amount of energy. Everyone else on your list, I ave nothing to say. Well, I guess I don't really *hate* Plant Man but otherwise everyone else on the list just don't do it for me.

Even his fight and item (not weapon) sucks -his pogo stick is a massive energy hog, doesn't protect you from spikes and if you don't kill an enemy in one hit with it, you take damage. Plus it's just a showcase of a botched up idea for something that could've been awesome - Wily finds a time machine that takes him to the past, he kidnaps a MEGAMAN from the future, and the best he can do with this idea... is a BOOTLEG ON A POGO STICK

I know you're going to kill me for this, but I actually LOVE Plant Man. Why? Let's start with the design. Have you ever heard the saying "Every rose has it's thorn"? Well guess what. Plant Man is based off a rose. He may not look threatening, sure, but he is DEADLY. You can CLEARLY see the rose thorns in his ARTWORK! How is that NOT intimidating?! You can go ahead and say Spike Rosered did this better, but my point STILL STANDS! I agree with the stage design and his fight though. Sure, the stage does have a nice environment, nice soundtrack, and well-placed enemies, but other than that, it's basically just your everyday Capcom-made forest stage, and they could have at least given him a better AI for his fight by throwing in some Buster Shots (both on-ground and mid-air) for a mix-up. But I'm just gonna stop you right there on the weapon, because I LOVE the Plant Barrier. Sure, it's the weakest shield in the series, but it at least GIVES YOU MORE LIFE SUPPORT LIKE ALL THE OTHER BARRIER WEAPONS! Also, unlike the Skull Barrier, the Plant Barrier - or as you call it - the "worst weapon" - ACTUALLY KILLS SHIELDED ENEMIES! Missed potential? Yes. The Crash Bomber is also _really_ useful against Quick Man too. So long as you attach it to a wall and let him run into it as the explosion goes off, for multiple hits. Couple that with Time Stopper: The World, and you're golden against him. Though use the Air Shooter in the boss rush instead.

Why did I forget to mention my least favorites? Hmm. Though I'd like to mention, some of these I don't necessarily hate or think are bad. Just that compared to the others, these aren't exactly my favorites... with some exceptions. I'll explain. MM1 - *puts up flame shield* Guts Man: I know that many people seem to like this guy, but I personally am not a fan of this guy. I definitely like his design, but his stage is a cakewalk and is probably competing with Wily 3 for shortest stage in the game. His fight is extremely easy. I don't see why this guy is considered a challenge with his weakness or not. And of course he gives you one of the most situational weapons in the series. MM2 - Heat Man: Unlike the rest, I hate literally everything about this guy. He is a mockery to the fire element. A terrible design, a boring stage that doesn't have much in terms of "fire", a pathetic fight, and one of the worst weapons in the series? No wonder I dislike this guy so much. I'm not giving you flack for this. I literally do not like this guy at all. MM3 - *puts up flame shield AGAIN* Gemini Man: I don't hate the guy. In fact I actually quite like this guy. But compared to the other Robot Masters, I have to give this guy the spot for least favorite in Mega Man 3. I like his design. It's another that's in a word, slick. Then there's that I find his weapon so much fun. However, I'm not particularily a fan of certain parts of his stage. It's not a bad stage overall, but when there's rooms such as the beginning or the final stretch that tend to not give you much room for error? Yeah, I don't like that. His fight is pretty easy overall. Not the easiest around, but not hard. His 1st phase is absolutely pathetic once you figure out the timing for when to shoot. His 2nd phase can be a bit dicey but it's still not that bad. Just know how to anticipate when he'll fire off his Gemini Lasers. And as you already know, Top Man is my favorite of the Mega Man 3 Robot Masters. Genesis Unit - Hyper Storm H: It's not that he's bad. Just that I prefer the other two over this guy. He's certainly my favorite out of these least favorites. Like all of the Genesis Unit, he doesn't give you a weapon. Also, I like all of their designs, but I prefer the designs of Mega Water S and Buster Rod G. His stage is interesting, but it's extremely easy sadly. Kind of like his fight. MM4 - Bright Man: I hate everything about this guy except his weapon. I don't really like the design all that much, his stage has all kinds of weird things that don't exactly have much to deal with electricity, and a frustrating fight. That's not the only bad thing about the stage. It's a pain like you described in the video. Also, this guys fight is a pain with or without his weakness. His Buster Shots are pretty difficult to dodge and he has the ability to pull the cheapest thing ever. Freeze time, only to jump straight into you with no way of avoiding it. What's worse is that his body kills you in 4 hits. His weapon thankfully is pretty useful but that doesn't excuse him from being frustrating. MM5 - Stone Man: Again, you explained it here. He has almost all of the same qualities as Heat Man. The only reason I dislike Heat Man even more though is that I actually like the music that plays in Stone Man's stage. MMV - Uranus: You already explained this one. MM6 - Wind Man: You basically explained it for this one. I agree completely. But can you believe I actually _like_ Plant Man (well... he's a mixed bag)? *puts up ANOTHER flame shield* MM7 - Burst Man: "WHAT? IT'S NOT _Spring Man_? WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?" It's my opinion. Plus, Spring Man is my 3rd favorite of the Mega Man 7 Robot Masters. *puts up yet another flame shield* Anyway, I'm not particularly a fan of Burst Man. I don't hate him, but I don't like him either. I honestly don't really like his design. His stage is kind of forgettable to me at times. The only things I can remember immediately about it are the mines and the mini-boss. Everything else to me is boring. His fight also translates to that. It's boring, repetitive, and extremely easy. His weapon is okay but at the same time is quite situational and is really only useful against airborne enemies. MM8 - Aqua Man: Before anyone asks, I actually like Clown Man. Anyways, I don't like Aqua Man for these reasons. I don't like the design, his stage is very annoying (you basically explained what makes it annoying), his boss fight is extremely easy (like most of the Robot Masters in Mega Man 8), and the Water Balloon sucks. MM&Bass - Dynamo Man: I don't like much about him except his weapon and the song that plays in his stage. I don't like his design in particular. Heck it looks like he's holding baby bottles for crying out loud. What is that? His stage is pretty annoying. The conveyor belts aren't why. But rather the fact that they litter them with enemies trying to get in your way. His fight is tough. I would've liked the fight if not for one thing. He can heal himself. Bosses that can heal themselves is something I always hated. That just drags the fight on longer. MM9 - Plug Man: It was very hard to choose due to how solid this roster is. I'd like to say that his guy for me is a mixed bag. I don't like his design or his fight. But I like his stage and weapon. His weapon is quite useful (like every weapon in Mega Man 9) and his stage like you said is a ton of fun. His design though is very silly. Even though I don't like the fight, it's for a different reason than for you. I personally find Plug Man to be the hardest of the 8 Robot Masters in Mega Man 9 due to his spastic nature. That's not why I dislike the fight, but rather his Plug Balls falling from the ceiling while he's firing another one in the air or from the ground. Or him doing his triple hop. Everyone when it comes to Mega Man has strengths and weaknesses. Believe it or not, falling objects is one of my weaknesses (which explains why I dislike Sting Chameleon so much from X1). MM10 - Pump Man: Yes, I like Sheep Man. *seriously, how many flame shields have I had to put up?* Anyways, I don't like this guys design. He's a water pump. Then there's his stage. In my opinion, it is very dull with not much going on with it. I mean yeah there's a split path, one of them even featuring bubbles. But's that's about it. His fight is easy. Jump around, and spread out his shield. That's it. His weapon is pretty good. The Water Shield has a decent amount of ammo, and can spread out in different directions. Pretty good shield weapon, but it doesn't make up for his boring stage, repetitive fight, and he's a freaking Water Pump. MM Killers - Quint since unlike Heat Man, this guy is missing a stage, doesn't get a special stage, a butchered Mega Man design, a terrible song, and by far the worst weapon in the series. Not to mention the little explanation on how he even exists is seriously screwed up. Let's say Quint actually beats Mega Man. Then Mega Man wouldn't become Mega Man in the future and... oh look. Wily created a Time Paradox. Wily, what's wrong with you? You can do better than this.

Dynamo Man is actually my favorite robot master from Mega Man & Bass. He has a wierd but cool design, a stage that i like to speedrun through, a hard but fun boss fight, and a great weapon that pwns Cold Man and King. But hey, it's your opinion.

Interesting, a different group than I normally see. I feel I have to speak up for some of the Robot Masters. Most of the Robot Masters were not originally designed for combat. The Robot Masters of MM (Bomb Man), MM3 (Top Man), MM4 (Toad Man & Bright Man), and MM6 (Plant Man and Wind Man) were not supposed to be combatants, so it should come as no surprise their appearances do not inspire any intimidation. Almost all of those robots were modified for battle, but story wise, was not their original purpose. As for the Robot Masters of MM2, MM5, MM7, and so on, as far as I know most were developed from the beginning were developed with combat in mind, so those I find a lot harder to excuse.

Here's my least favorites MM1(Ice Man): I don't really like any of the MM1 roster(with the exception of Fire Man and Time Man) but Ice Man is the only one who's stage actively annoys me no matter what. Also his fight (without his weakness), is HELL INCARNATE MM2(Flash Man): His stage is way too short, his weapon isnt the greatest, and his design is boring MM3(Top Man): Pretty much what you said. 15. Well, I'll still take Plug Ball over Spark Shock anyday. 14. Kinda funny how people think he's hard and stuff. Rebound Striker reminds me a little of Mega Ball from Mega Man 8. 13. Hyper Bomb explodes on impact in Powered Up. Other than that, not surprised why people hate the original iteration of such. (All three of the Genesis Unit are weak against it in Wily Wars, somehow.) 12. Eh, I'm more of the person who likes Mega Man 3. On a side note, Crash Bombs can also pierce Wood Man's leaf shield and be used as traps for Quick Man. (The latter is a matter of timing it right, though.) Agreed about Boobeam trap. Fuck that boss. 10. Funny thing is that Top Man's even weak to his own weapon. (not _as_ weak as he is to Hard Knuckle, but still...) 9. I heard you can instakill Uranus with his own weapon via digging a hole for him to jump into. That's pretty tricky, though. Oh, and Burst Man's another robot master who can instakill you via a combination of Danger Wrap and the spikes on his chamber's ceiling. 8. I'll definitely take Bright Man's weapon over Flash Man's. (temporary time stop *and* you're still able to shoot vs. all energy gone in one use for longer time freeze.) 7. If you have Noise Crush, AND time it just right with firing, you can kill Spring Man before the fight even starts. 6. The Water Cannon attack's practically a luck-based mission for perfect buster-only runners. 3. Never really used Atomic Fire much, myself. 1. Agreed. Plant Barrier absolutely blows.
