I Listen to Siucide Silence and I Know Mitch Lucker is among the Best Screamers I Know of too, but You have to know this. Those type of Vocals aren't really needed in Metalcore as Suicide Silence is a Deathcore band. Deathcore and Death metal bands employ those growls and screams that sound very harsh( in an Awesome way) and heavy, and are very hard to comprehend. Anyhow I do get Your point, though there's no one type of 'Scream' that is supposed to be metal. There can be Fry Screams (What Oli used mostly), Death Growls (What Mitch Lucker and Most Deathcore, Death metal and some Metalcore bands use), Pig Squeals (Death Metal) etc. Listen to Danny Worsnop's Older stuff in AA (If You haven't already)to know what a real scream sounds like, as Mitch Lucker uses Deathgrowls most of the time which are different type of vocals altogether.

Bullet ofr my valentine is and still will be one of the best and most important metalcore bands, they are 100% better then bring me the horizont (label produced hipster hunters), asking alexandria was palying on one stage with then on THEIR tour so basicly they were startign band for bullet, same as calejon, wich is first just because the maker is German... And have you heard Raising hewll ? its not totaly metalcore anymore, but it rocks. I can agree with killswitch engage, they are pure gold and deserve to be in the top 3, calejon not band, their are goign to be a preband on bullets concert in Prague 2014 with all that remains (Have the ticets suck it :PP) Anyway no hate on you bro, jsut cant agree with your opinion...

Guys is really August Burns Red a good metalcore band? Lately I'm really been into metalcore bands, I've found out that it's my favorite genre of metal... I've tried out several bands like Avenged Sevenfold, Asking Alexandria and Bullet For My Valentine and I didn't like them that much... just Ax7 a bit. Later on I tried out other bands like Killswitch Engage and As I Lay Dying and I LOVE them. I'm still trying to understand numerous songs of AILD in order to move on to other bands right after I finish with this one. What I'm wondering is, what should I focus on after I finish with AILD? These are the bands I have in mind: Parkway Drive, Trivium (I've listened to some of their old stuff and it sounds really good however the new ones sound kinda odd, seems they've changed their style and their vocalist doesn't seem to do growls no more and that's a negative for me... but it's ok I can live with that), August Burns Red, Caliban, Darkest Hour/Shadow Falls (what about these ones?), All That Remains (same as Trivium, vocalist no longer does guturals...) and Miss May I. That's pretty much the bands I'm looking foward to focusing on right after I finish with my beloved AILD. I'm sorry for this long text but I've been wanting to get some recommendations for a while. By the way I like when the bands have gutural and clean voices, that's why I don't like the fact that Trivium and All That Remains are mostly clean voices. Thanks a lot for reading, you're helping a fellow :)
