I'd say Montserrat and Bodie. Bodie looks like it's in the middle of freaking nowhere so a ghost town in the middle of nowhere sends chills down my spine and Montserrat is actually a neighbor country to my country. It's not beside or within vicinity of it but within the Caribbean but on a map it's near Jamaica. I can't imagine going there to spend vacation. It'd be a lonely vacay if I ever seen one

My family is from Cyprus. I took my grandfather there a few years back and we visited close to Famagusta. It was definitely eerie hearing him talk about how beautiful and lively it was. He cried talking about it.

Yeah we can only wonder why teens in horror movies have the need of spending a weekend in far away abandoned places where there's not even a functional toilet. Specially in those cases where they actually know people got killed there, like those campers wanting to visit the ruins of Crystal Lake Camp.

There are a couple places in NY that have been known for many years. One of the places is on an island in NYC and is off limits. It is an abandoned hospital but I’ll let you find out the rest since my memory is foggy on the subject.

Detroit has some of these abandoned beautiful buildings. I had a neighbor when I lived there who's a local journalist. One time he went to Michigan Central Station to explore, for an article. He got robbed by some homeless guy living in there. Took all his money and the nice camera. So guys, be careful when you think about going in with no protection!

To be fair, Pripyat is more about the dangers of cutting corners, corruption, lack of safety standards, and bad engineering, which Soviet Russia was notorious for. Nuclear power is one of the safest forms of power generation, with the few actual accidents involving it boiling down to instances of poor custodianship, bad engineering, and poor to no safety standards.

no Houska Castle? that place was said to have been built on top of a very large hole (supposedly in the chapel area), where legend has it, that one prisoner was said to have been lowered down into it and said to have aged 30-years when he re-emerged.

Meh, I wouldn't really call these places creepy. They're mostly abandoned and some have just had dark histories. I was expecting creepy as in spooky and haunted. Still an enjoyable video though.
