I’ll tell you one thing, Resident Evil Revelations and its sequel are not spin-offs, but are mainline entries. And your statement of Revelations should’ve been released before RE6 is immediately contradicting, because guess what, Revelations DID come out before RE6. RE6 came out in October 2nd of 2012 while Revelations came out in January 26th of 2012. You need to do your research.

If there is 3 *Legend of Zelda* spinoffs I would like Nintendo to make in the future are these: 1. A Torna-esque Tears of the Kingdom side story with a playable Princess Zelda where players get the chance to explore more of her journey in the Era of Hyrule’s Founding, Ganondorf’s motivations (as depicted in the original Japanese), more screentime for Rauru, Sonia and Mineru, the Ancient Sages more fleshed, and events sets around the Imprisoning War. 2. A sequel to *Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity* since Ganondorf may exist in the alternate timeline Terrako has created. 3. Ganondorf’s own spinoff game where we get to see his rise of being the Gerudo king from a humble beginning till he’s slowly driven mad in becoming the King of Evil (or Demon King). 4. A Shiek side story since long time fans wanted to see Zelda’s time when Hyrule is under Ganondorf’s control in a 7 year gaps between the Kingdom’s fall to the arrival of the Hero of Time.

Hell, I'd pick any of the MD series over Go. Not to mention the likes of Stadium, Colosseum, Pinball, and Conquest. Even Legends could be argued to be a spin off series with the addition of ZA, though I believe they are technically considered main games. There were so many other, better options that they could have picked 🤦

Why can’t WatchMojo look online for research, because they are becoming big idiots. All it takes is looking up the release date of both RE Revelations and RE6 to see that they came out 9 months and 24 days apart in the same year. And to claim that RE Revelations is a spin off, when the game takes place between the events of RE4 and RE5, making Revelations (and its sequel) mainline entries, is just stupid. Spin-off Resident Evil games don’t really have any impact on the mainline games, but sure there is that newspaper in RE7 where a survivor from RE Outbreak wrote, confirming that Outbreak is a canon game, but most of the RE spin-off games are not canon.

@@krvgames9258 Pretty sure ALL RE spinoffs are canon except Gaiden since it wasn't made by Capcom themselves and Survivor 2 Code Veronica as Claire NEVER faced Nemesis, which that game depicted whenever players spent too much time trying to clear each level The Outbreak, Chronicles and Revelations subseries as well as Survivor and Dead Aim are canon, even when they haven't impacted the overall narrative as long as they can reference them in some capacity What ISN'T canon are the RE2-4 ''remakes'' as they contradict SO MUCH of their OG counterparts they are pretty much set in their own separate timeline as confirmed by one of the former producer during a live stream

Regardless of Nintendo’s statement of the game is non-canon, *Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity* i believed is a great spinoff for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Amazing story, characters being more fleshed out, a cut guardian named Terrako, and sets in a different timeline where most of the Champions did not perished in 2nd Great Calamity.
