Lord of bones should be much higher like 3 or 4 he effortlessly paralyzed death and made him unconscious when he sent him to the city of the dead and shrugs off corruption as if it's nothing more than an annoyance. He might be even more powerful than samael.

@@BlankEmporium death has always been at full power. The power of seals is not his own power but a boost from the charred council for their servitude. Even with the power of the seal there is no proof he would be above lord of bones. Death no where "stalemated" samael he just scratched his cheak and samael stopped he always love any kind of show and amusement. Samael didn't even use his own sword against death which he used to fight moloch. Death is overrated power wise because he is a Fandom favorite.

I think Death and Lord of Bones should share the 2nd and 3rd ranks, since the livings are all below Lord of Bones (which includes Samael and Lucifer), and Death is comparable to him. He can make a favorable deal with him and not be pressured by him. Furthermore, Death is superior to that of his siblings, he even dueled and defeated Absalom (the most perfect Nephalim) enhanced by Corruption, which had the power enough to unmade the entire universe, while not having the power of the Seal. This feat is too OP. I believe Death is the most powerful character in the verse after the Creator.

Whoever made this obviously doesn't know Samael is stronger than Lucifer as known via a statement from Lilith. A weakened, late game Darksiders 2 Death at less than a quarter of his full power stalemated a full power Samael. Death should be at number two. Other problems with this, of course, but that's the most egregious.

Not really, the only reason he was able to fight Samael was because of the blood mantle which granted him invincibility. After War and Strife destroyed it Samael could have easily killed Moloch and I am also pretty sure that War and Strife alone could’ve defeated him:)

Fury’s not stronger than war. War beat the destroyer and all the chosen without even his full power. Fury was basically given a license to kill so she wasn’t lacking. War was stripped of most of his power and death was acting without the order of the council so he also couldn’t access most of his power
