@BlickyRoo no I was making a point for the Luffy argument but I have Luffy >=< kizaru ether way Because we did see Luffy muscul his way out without food but only because kaido let him and we didn't see Luffy acoc or kizaru awakening so it's up in the air About shanks and mihawk they where equal when shanks had his arm But in the resent sbs says mihawk doesn't have coc so it's for time to tell who is stronger
