"The Umbrella Academy" was majorly disappointing, for many reasons. After watching a group of troubled superhero siblings grow closer after their mess of a childhood for years, the message of "The world would be better off if you'd never existed in the first place" is really problematic, to say the least.

Hiring Page was the first sign of a mistake that would ruin the series, even the creator commented on how much he hated it, should just recasted the role.

In retrospect, S3 is a better ending. The first half of S4 was bearable, but the last half was insufferable. My entire face through Ep. 5 was "wtf". S4 didn't even answer the lingering questions fans had and chose to raise more questions instead.

If you're going to watch Killing Eve, the good Killing Eve, watch it up to season 2, where the quality is high. If you're going to watch it and want a not-so-bad ending, watch it up to season 3, where at least you can decide what happened to them after the end. Don't watch season 4, just don't, pretend it doesn't exist.

Not sure who wrote or researched Once Upon a Time, but the show “didn’t get rid of almost the entire cast”, instead almost the entire cast left the show. Originally the show runners wanted season 7 to be a spin off show but ABC/Disney refused and said it was either season 7 or the show was cancelled. I felt bad for the actors who stayed and tried to make this disaster work.

Thank you! They didn't do their research at all. The Season 6 finale was written like a series finale for a reason. I was die hard Oncer during it's run and it was the actors choice to leave after their 6 year contracts ended to pursue other projects instead of renewing their contracts. Unfortunately Season 7 never stood a chance.

With Once Upon a Time technically the plot didn’t jump forward several years. They aged, but because of the curse they were brought back in time to a point when Henry was just about to graduate high school.

This list should have 24: Season 8. The worst thing about it is the show's biggest plot hole which is Charles Logan is still a villain after Season 7 revealed he's not the only person behind the events of Season 5. It's crazy! Because Season 7 revealed that the people behind the national security crisis poisoned Logan's mind by making a deal with him to sell the nerve gas to the terrorists and they actually ordered the murders on David Palmer, Michelle Dessler and her unborn baby. If that's not enough, the corrupt government obviously poisoned Jack's brother and father as well. And that explains why Logan became Jack's ally in Season 6.

I didn't think 24 S8 was that bad, but it's not the best season either. My personal faves were S1, the first 15 episodes of S2, S3, the last half of S4, S5, and S7. But 24 S8 is the true ending, hence why I watched S9 after S7 and then watched S8.

Hands down, the absolute WORST end to a TV show in all of human history is undoubtedly the final season of Gene Roddenberry’s Earth: Final Conflict. I dare anyone reading this comment to watch S1 of the show, then jump to S5 and tell me that isn’t the most atrocious garbage of anything ever put on television…It makes every single show on this list look like a Machiavellian masterpiece. I get demonic chills just thinking about that garbage season.

I'd like to add Trailer Park Boys to the dumpster fire, when they came back from hiatus with season 8, I thought that one was brilliant, but everything after that, it seemed like they were trying too hard to be creative and introducing new characters, new stories and circumstances. It became a clown show that betrayed the flavor of the original. It was not the same show anymore by any means. Somehow they managed to drag on at least 4 more seasons after season 8.

Homicide: Life on the Streets come to mind. Pembleton gone, Ballard made a god mode sue, Mike Giardello was a poor replacement for Pembleton and the writing was so, so bad. And don't even get me started on that finale movie 😠

That’s a yup moment where some seasons are not that great. In my opinion, Friends was the worst final season. Friends was and remains a powerhouse of a sitcom, continuing to attract new viewers. For those who stick with it from beginning to end, however, it’s clear that the final season is by far the weakest. In some ways, this makes sense, as by this point, the show had been on the air for ten years. Even so, it’s quite distressing and disappointing the extent to which the characters had largely become caricatures of themselves, and several of the storylines felt both rushed and unearned.

GAME OF THRONES is one of the best ever TV shows to date; Season 8 was rather meh, not that it was bad but too many expectations proved disappointing, and so that's why people say that the first seven seasons - mainly Seasons 1 to 6 - were a lot more enjoying. Season 1-6 was just golden to bear-witness. Because the Battle of the Bastards was epic to watch. If anything, Season 6 should've been the one where Alya reunites with Sansa before they help Jon Snow take down Ramsey Bolton because that would've been perfect timing.

When I first watched Killing Eve I thought it was a female version of Hannibal, the two series are very similar in many aspects, but Hannibal had all its good seasons, while Killing Eve gradually got worse, season 3 is inferior to the first two and season 4 is horrible from start to finish, it shouldn't exist.

First of all Once Upon A Time didn't replace cast most of the cast left the show instead, Season 7 may not be the best season but it's actually really good as you understand it, its boring from ep,1-5 but when you get to it to ep.6 its actually good i love how how Regina/ Henry relationship grew and there is so many things to appreciate in the season, but sadly the fandom ignore it so much

That's not what happened with Scrubs. The 9th season was supposed to be a spinoff, not part of the original series. The network insisted they keep it under the same name and forced a lot of focus on Scrubs cast... JD was not supposed to be part of the spinoff. If you treat season 9 as season 1 of a spinoff, as it was supposed to be, then Scrubs has the correct ending on season 8.

One final season I absolute hate that never gets talked about is "Covert Affairs." After Annie fakes her death in season 4, her sister never even finds out she's alive or even gets mentioned again. And they had Annie and Auggie end up with 2 of the worst people of the show instead of with each other. Clearly it was cancelled last minute as they just tacked on one last scene to give it just a tiny bit of closure.

I thought it ended fine with what they had to work with. And I saw the end coming too. I figured the land would go back to the Native Americans. It was already predicted too and stuff in 1883. The Native Americans said they would get the land back after 7 generations of the Duttons. When Yellowstone started, the 7th generation started, which was Kevin Costner's grandson. So it was pretty much predicted and stuff that Yellowstone would end with the Native Americans getting the land back. Also, Beth and Kayce didn't want the torch passed to them on running the ranch. They wanted nothing to do with the ranch. So it would've been dumb to force them to continue on. The show ended properly. And even if Kevin Costner hadn't left and John Dutton didn't die, I think the show would've ended the same. The journey would've been different, but the ending would've been the same. I think John Dutton would've been impeached and then John would've had to sell the land and give it back to the Native Americans so the government wouldn't get it and do whatever with it. We'd also still get a Beth vs. Jamie showdown as well, but for different reasons. John possibly could've ended up dead before the season finale anyway, and then Beth and Kayce would've had to do something with the land since they didn't want it. So I think the ending would've happened no matter what. Even if Kevin Costner was still around. It just would've been a different journey to that ending.

Lucifer's last season was lowkey unwatchable, they had some good ideas but they were butchered by overall quality of the show. Also, Vikings had a major drop in quality since *who watched knows when exactly*, but s06 was a bad joke with some plot points that were clearly taken out of some free online ideas generator or some shit. But by far the worst last season I've ever watched was Community. Not only like half of the OG cast was gone by it, the replacements were boring AF, but whats worst - it was painfully unfunny. PAINFULLY.

Some of these shows I just stopped watching. Most I have been lucky having the 6th sense that I go "You know what, I'm good. It can't get better and this is a good season ender to pretend this is how the series ended." However, years later I married and we watch some of our shows. Its so funny when we get to shows where I stopped like Dexter (I stopped at season 5, not good, but I knew it was a good spot to stop), and she was like I want to watch more and my reaction watching the rest of the series validates me for my 6th sense. However didn't account for the reboot and having something that made those last seasons go down. but def HIMYM is def number one. My wife and I also watched that together as it aired (also watched it together when we were apart using skype). we were uber pissed for that good awful season.

Babylon 5... Kinda. The Telepath arc at the beginning was painfully bad, especially when they feel less like refugees and more of a cult. The following arc was revolving around the Centauri apparently starting wars with the other races behind Londo's back was mostly good... if it weren't for the giant idiot ball where they put a recently fallen-of-the-wagon Garibaldi in charge of figuring out what's going on with the Centauri... all with many episodes ending with the cast asking "Where's Garibaldi?" followed by showing him drunk off his ass; considering what he had been through the previous season plus during the Telepath arc, they should have KNOWN something was up. The only one who had any clue was the station's chief of security, and he didn't say anything. The final episodes after the fall of Centauri Prime and Londo accepting his fate for the things he did/allowed to happen during the first four seasons were much better, especially the finale (which had been filmed back in season 4 in case they didn't get a season 5.) However, the before mentioned makes it a slog to get to them. I want to maybe add Remington Steele. The series... was always all over the place in quality, with returning characters somehow becoming a shell of their former selves. This kinda happened during the season 4 finale and first TV movie/two episodes of season 5, where you had a detective who had suspected that Steele was a fraud. While being level headed in his first appearance, he seemed to go off the deep end in his final appearances, faking his death to try to frame Steele. And then there was trying to create one final love triangle... Well, didn't plan on that to get so wordy. Opps.😅

Grange Hill. After years of being solid realistic drama. Which didn't use incidental music, it started getting childish at times. The penultimate season had overfamiliar plots that had been done before and went on far too long. The second episode of the last season was kids rebelling against teachers! But it was all actually a comic story. That was it for me. I didn't get to the last season of Game of Thrones till it came out on dvd. Probably because I'd heard nothing but bad reviews I ended up thinking it was alright. As a twin myself I can understand Jamie's actions. It's the twin bond. It's not something you can explain to someone who isn't. And at least it got an ending. Not the like books ever will.
