Tbh she also grew just as resentful towards him. I don’t think either of them meant for him to be her sole emotional support-- shit just happens. She needed it badly and turned to the one person close to her-- her boyfriend-- but he just wasn’t able to. I don’t think the blame is on either of them, which is probably controversial to say. If Christian had broken up with her, she probably would’ve killed herself, and I don’t think he wanted that to happen.
