For both audio and driver updates, I'm using THX spatial audio and AMD software adrenaline edition. THX spatial audio is owned by razer it costs money, but it still works well with my laptop and for AMD software. Adrenaline Edition is used for updating my AMD Radeon graphics card it's supposed to have FSR, which is similar to Nvidias DLSS, but I like my AMD graphics card it's really good VS my Intel HD family graphics card most of the software you mentioned is what I have I've been using discord since 2019 and I found it helpful for me because some people have been using it for a long time

For Nvidia cards I prefer to use DLSS Swapper, it's similar to tweaks but basically just lets you update or rollback to any version of DLSS, if your game hasn't been updated for the newest version - I use it for online games too, and it automatically detects any games on the drive its "installed" on, super small program, and once it's done you can just delete the folder if you really want to :)

Advice re driver updating-don't do it unless you have a clear need, like eg they say they've made for a particular game you play. Drivers are very difficult pieces of software, so leave well enough alone while everything works. When you need to update, image your system disk first, so you have a quick fallback position if the update breaks your system or game.

GOG Galaxy hasn't been updated in quite a while, unless in last few months. I used it for years, mainly to answer "Do I already have this game?" and its ability to answer that slipped over recent years.
