Love your lists. But on this one, I noticed that the movie "Woman Walks Ahead" starring Jessica Chastain and Sam Rockwell (both Oscar Winners) wasn't listed. It came out in 2017 and is rated at 6.6 on IMDB which would make it in the top 15 on this list. Keep 'em coming!

thanks for your lists. Ive typed down all the westerns from the 1980's to this one in the 2010's. Im starting a huge western watching fest! Think i can actually do it? I'll see lol

Hey come on I thought you guys didn't like the inclusion of 'Neo-Westerns' in these charts? ;) Wind River sounds interesting, for some reason it didn't come up during my last search for anything 'Westernish' (did I just make up a word?)

I am not one that said I didn’t like neo westerns and yes you made up a word ha ha. I’m sure you’ve seen Wind River so what do you think?

I haven't seen it but I did read up on it and it has a good rating at Rotten Tomatoes. Will check it out on cable.

Yah check it out, it’s a good one. Seemed like a neo western to me but it is definitely a murder mystery thriller, can’t argue that

I have seen 12 westerns from 2010s appaloosa bone tomahawk brimstone django deadwood the hateful eight hostile Jane got a gun lone ranger the salvation true grit magnificent seven.The other two I have seen the revenant is more a survival film I think and cowboys and aliens more sic fi

And Rango the Western is stretching things a bit too. I've seen 11 of the 25 on this list. Okay The Revenant is old old west (more north actually) Dakota territory. North and South Dakota weren't even States then.

@@Top10Charts3978 yeah rango don't think I will be seeing anytime soon. Thanks for the info on the revenant I thought it took place before the 1880s with the gun models and such.

Yeah when I said 'old old west' I meant the film takes place early, 1823 to be exact. And was inspired by real events.
