Wondering why you use SOM and Inventory levels when they are just correlated and essentially the same.

Inventory = listings for sale vs sales volumes, described as months of stock. E.g 10x monthly sales average, 30x listings currently for sale = 3 months of inventory. SOM = is listings only as %. Different indicators. Cheers.

Hi @johntowns3430, Darwin’s supply level is decreasing quickly. However, the SA3 regions there didn’t make it into the top 25 at the time we produced this whitepaper.
