Language skills and knowledge are two separate things. Judging someone's expertise based on pronunciation rather than their insight shows a lack of understanding of that distinction.

This is great analysis and I can confirm that your ranking of Mackay is correct. I analysed the Mackay Market last year and bought it in Feb2024. Recently I did a valuation and noticed that the Capital growth is $80k just within 11 months. It still has potential to grow and rental market is so tight.. 🙂
