Borla Atak was $800 pre-pandemic. Now I can’t find it for less than $1,100. I was waiting to see if the price would go down after I paid off my car, now I wish I had gotten it sooner.

I have a 2015 V6 with the Borla S-type Cat Back system. It’s sounds as close to a V8 as you can get. Once I get shorty headers it will sound even better!

I like the Roush that’s the one I plan on getting I have a 2013 V6 Mustang. But at the end of the day it’s all on personal preference.

Have a 2016 V6 mustang and it does not sound like a nissan at all ;unless you were referring to the 4 cylinder eco turbo

I wish i could find s types for 5-600 theyre 1100 now. I have roush with shorty headers and it sounds fire except for 3000 RPM. Then again part of me wonders if ill think the S types are too quiet if i switch. 1100 just seems insane for mufflers

I think I have it beat lol it’s also Roush axle back but catless and an H into a mini X with no resonator into axle back

Cat back exhaust is not much to do on the Mustang. Took mine in to the shop and was charged $25 for each side. Go with the Borla ATAK. The video didn't do it justice

How would you quiet down the Roush system? I got it installed but it is a little louder than I expected.

I found that putting shorty headers tamed the roush system noise a bit, or you can go with some more restrictive resonators

Recently bought a 2014 V6 with exhaust already on it, I thought great that would have been my first mod! Turns out the exhaust the previous owner is absolutely garbage sounding, literally sounds like a 4 cylinder with a cheap $90 muffler slapped on. Axle back Flow master Force II, god awful.

Flow master doesn’t sound that good for the 3.7 I recommend Roush or borla

That definitely didn't sound like the Borla ATAK at the end. I had them installed on my 2014 V6 Mustang and wow was the sound amazing on my Mustang

Pypes catback sounds pretty nice paired with shorty headers and a off-road x. But by itself I'd take roush for the win.
