You mentioned one feature from one of the TATA AIA's policies that they are offering free health check ups every year and if the insurers maintain good health then the premium will be reduced. This actually made me lean towards TATA. My question is, after taking the loan will there be any chances they revise policy terms for existing policy holders? If that is the case, existing policy holders will lose benefits.
