Phil I would love to see some content for amateur fighters. It can be extremely difficult to make that progression from amateur to professional. Any knowledge or information would be much appreciated. Piaras Casey warrior within ❤️💪

Thanks for posting these. I can do them easily at home every day. I’m concerned I’m not understand the pull through though. I don’t feel anything. The other two are very active. Love the carry.

Love your work. I’ve been out the strength Coaching game for 8years but previously I did work in that space for 10years. I only participate in the grappling and my kids have started as well but recently I helped my Head coach prep for his first Pro fight. He said he loved my style and my approach and asked me to join his team as the MMA strength coach. It’s funny the only thing that kept me up to date was your KZbin channel and Over time Athletes. Anyways keep up the work. I’ve found a new profound love for a Passion I thought I would never get back into. 🙏🏽

I think I can finally get the boyfriend to do kettlebell with me. You said “golf” lol. Trying these today, KB workouts are the only ones I don’t get bored with.

What the hell are you doing? A push up and a kettlebell reach would be safer. The second move can only be used with light weights. Finally a carry, but you can just carry it and doesn't need to be in the rack. How come you didn't mention swings, snatch,or over head press which all work the core 🙄
