I like that Fire TV App for a controller! My dad's remote went bad, and he bought a whole new one because the replacement remote control is about $15 USD without taxes. He bought another Firestick Lite for $17 USD, which of course comes with a new remote. I told him there's remotes and apps he could've got lol, but it was too late 😅.

Thanks a lot. Although I could download the 1st 2 apps but unable to get Pluto TV for my Fire stick. After clicking thumbnail of the app , it is showing ' App not found'.

Tanya,are you familiar with android TV by any chance? I brought a TCL 55" two weeks ago im happy with the tv apart from when its turned off it loses connection to internet,turned back on it connects again after a few seconds which is fine apart from it disconnects my vpn and i then afto reconnect and then go back to the apps and connect them again also force stop them if there say USA , Canada etc ,there isn't any settings i can find on the tv that says it deactivates any thing that isn't running if you know what i mean lol any suggestions please

12-25-23, IN USA , firetv blocks all 3rd partyfree open source including iptv and kodi. I'm buying an ONN , create a video for that. I still own a dvd and dvr system, i own just about anything. Good luck yaw

Just make sure you allow outside apps/downloads from Dev Mode.. it's probably in this video, I just needed the download website number thing so I could get the apps I like. I have been doing this for over 5 years... at the very most you might have to re-download the apps (people will update them within a day or two).
