#3 was my biggest mistake, for sure. But getting taught how to close as part of the normal conversational presentation is key. I mostly learned it on my own (not reinventing it but through books, videos, webinars, etc.), but have taught it to many. If a rookie is taught the right way, well that's how he does it. Today #1 is still my challenge. But us fast talkers at least have different gears ha ha. Slow talkers can't speed up while we can - and should - slow down.

Hey Adam. Thanks for this video! Just yesterday, I went nice guy mode and didnt ask for the customer's business right then. I missed out. Another company walked in.
