The last story reminded me of the tale of the Czech man named Fran Selak who survived: Two Bus crashes, A train derailment, Falling out of an airplane and landing on a haystack, Three car explosions and then won the lottery he died in his late 80's.

The first story reminds me of the former Klansman saying that the reason he left was because he realized that the majority of the Klan in his area were just undercover cops and FBI agents.

The voices story could be explained in multiple ways depending on your beliefs. Maybe it was just an auditory hallucination but as a literal, clear warning from her brain. Maybe it was a guardian angel trying to help her. Or maybe she made the whole story of the voices up and knew what the problem was or that the whole story is a hoax to begin with. Personally I've experienced some strange things myself but I don't know what the truth is on this one. Either way the story is definitely interesting and I'm always fascinated by strange experiences like this.

I like to think a local neuro surgeon goes around connecting to random hearing aids telling people they need to go to him for surgery to drum up business.
@BareBandSubscription

I’m honestly just as likely to believe it was paranormal as I am to believe it was just her brain magically knowing exactly what was wrong with it, remembering an exact address, vanishing only after a parting message after surgery, etc. The most believable thing to me is that it’s a hoax, but that’s only if there were no doctors interviewed to corroborate her account of reporting what the voices said before her diagnosis.

Josiah from the last story is actually a friend of my dads and I remember him telling me that story at a pool party and I thought to myself “no fucking way that actually happened.” I didn’t actually believe the story until seeing this mr ballen video a few months back. Josiah was almost as casual about telling the story as Mike, but wasn’t nearly as casual.

#2 The voices one kinda creep me out because remind me of some "deja vu" (i call that because fell like something saw before or remembered seen) with i think maybe is like a reflex or "paranoia" i developed because part of my family most have police force history here in my country and i have good length self defense experience because of my father who ware strict when come to stuff like that, so i had a period of "sheepdog awareness" that i rly tuned down and out of, but seem to not get off i sometimes caught my self into something, examples. i got to a clinic to retrieve blood for a exam, there i caught my self doing a old routine when alone or bored i default to "people watch", so i end up seating looking to entrance and outside because the front of the clinic is glass, there between looking around, looking into my phone, looking to see if called my number to the reception i noticed the "deja vus" like: "the guy u saw entering has a gun" i take a minute to notice sure enough there a imprint. "that woman forgetting her purse" sure enough look to see a woman in her phone stand up going to the reception and forgetting the purse. Weirdest ones where it feels almost a premonition happned not long ago, i working in my country census, going out of the building and going back home i took a different path i was tired and zoning out. There i had the deja vu feeling, i saw a bus, it passed me and for some reason in that brief moment looking to the bus i had the felling that "there was a dog in the corner of the street" i look to the corner and sure enough a medium size fluffy dog showed up, it came in my direction, i was going to pet it when the thought pop in my head, "it probably here for the person red", them i noticed the dog waggle it tail and look the other side of the street and out of the bus a girl with a red coat step out, she approach pet the dog, we do small talk, apparently the dog is a streetdog she just work in the area and couple of companies there just kinda adopted it and pay for food and cleaning, i said noting to her about whatever the fuck just happened and that got stuck in my head because such a oddly specific situation. In cases that happens to me it always something in contrast, like someone dropping a pink notebook case, a guy with green shirt falling down, a broke down yellow Volks Beetle (that case it broke down and the guy need a charged phone), while also being places i go frequently so is most probably bias since most likely i notice something i ignore it, it gives me a second signal that going to happen and sometimes partially does or do happen, if don't so i just ignore again, like the yellow beetle i mentioned what most likely happen i just notice it every time i go to the place it pass me or something and since it didn't when i got to the corner i probably just assume it broke down. I would leave in that if it hadn't one situation where it seem to have it own personality. it was the first and last time i got blackout drunk i have decent tolerance so as usual my friends try to find "how much is to much" and i end up giving in, after some beers here, some whisky shots there and liquor sure enough i got very tipsy, we did that before going to a geek event (dunno was their idea), struggling with some words but mostly fine we decide to go, we got into the car seated in the backseat and eventually, apparently, i blackout. i say that because seem no one noticed it, i only remember specific situation where it felt almost like my brain was calling my attention like when the car stooped in a red light, when we arrived in the event, when i got to the entrance, when i pay the entrance, them felt like a notification, "you talked to x,y,z person" just a face not a name, "you saw a person you knew", "you bought food", "your friend bought you food", "took a photo", "found old berserk manga". that was like in a period of hours, eventually got back to my senses, me and my friends ware sitting in the grass the event was almost over, one of then got a bunch of french fries, i was mid of eating when i got of grip of myself (maybe the salt gave a bump dunno) and i said: "Sorry if i was acting weird i was out of it", my friend look at me like this was the weirdest thing i said all day and said, "Now you are acting weird", asked why and he said that just some seconds ago when we got the fries i said to him "Sorry if was weird today, he getting back soon", so apparently when drunk i am just "me" but can't stand still, with is the shittiest thing, couldn't even be a funny drunk i just a boring one.

Huh, I get these kinds of "premonition" type things as well. Ever since I developed PTSD I notice things wayyy more often, and often not consciously. Its like, gut feeling type stuff but I assume its because these are things we get clues towards but dont even realize we got clues about, judt subconsciously put together.

Also blacking out and nobody else noticing is something I do all the time. For whatever reason, no matter how messed up I am or what I'm messed up on, nobody else notices. I only start acting weird when I go "Oh ive probably been acting weird" Helps I also dont get visual symptoms of drug/alcohol use. Alcohol doesnt make my face flush, I dont struggle to walk, none of the obvious signs. Stuff like acid or mdma dont effect my eyes (and my eyes are the darkest shade of brown you can get, so even if they do, you cant tell unless you shine a light in them) Ive been pressured to take or drink more because I didnt "look" messed up, but in my head im like "nah dude I am gone rn I aint touchin more" lol

Voices in her head were her own voices. Self. Our bodies are more aware of what's going on with it than we are conscious of. She just maybe hour a rare bit of luck that her brain worked in a unique way to flat out tell her. But! And this is one few seem to ever agree with but I stand by it, lies. Yes, respected drs, psychiatrists, etc can lie for attention, fame, money etc and so can anyone else for any number of reasons. They could have already known this. Anybody actually able to literally speak with those involved to be sure things went down the way they claim they went down? Probably not. Nobody went and asked the hospital the if she came before her scan claiming these things, or when she had the scan, or much of anything else. I'm just saying it's a possibility. Plenty of people lie and skew times, dates, events, make claims and there isn't a way to verify and yeah for his name and her name in a medical journal, some will lie. Most won't do something that ridiculous, but there are people who will.
