It could be some kind of aliens that maybe do like to watch some people like a real life alien big brother and they grow to like some people and decide to help them maybe. I mean I dont know but the thing is it happaned and is documented so we cant argue the facts and given it is so fantastical what happened the explanation could be too very fantastical like the aliens that helped. Or angels or whatever but ther is no common sense explanation for this. Given there are many things we dont know and dont understand it could be some being that helped. I mean we help ants for example they cant fathom what is going on you know becasue they live in a 2 dimensional space while we live in a 3 dimensional space there could be beings that live in higher dimensions like the 4th and we are made through evolution to only see and understand the 3 dimensions but the beings living in the fourth can. Niel de grasse tyson has an interesting explanation to this dimensional thing and it could be maybe related to this. You know for an ant they cant fathom the 3rd dimension which is height/vertical plane and for example an ant can only use the space of an table in 2 dimension length and width and in their understanding they dont have more room but we know that we can stack things up and use the 3rd dimension ie the vertical plane. In the ants world they cant fathom that if you take something from their 2 dimensions and put it higher in the vertical plane, for ants its like it disappeared. And for beings in the foruth dimension its the same if we have a room and see it full we think we ran out of space but the being can say why dont you put it here in the fourth diagonal plane or whatever we call it. And they take the box and put it there. But for us it looks like it just disappeared the same like for ants in the with the vertical space. So wo make it short who knows maybe the beings living on earth in the foruth dimension helped and intervened in this case. I mean I dont know I am just creativley imagining how it could be explained since there is no explanation and I wanted to try. What do you guys think?

Great doctor!! In fact psychiatrists are suppose to make sure people can live their lives as normal as possible and stabilize them with the best treatment for them, whatever that means as what works for someone may not work for other person, many mental health diseases have no cure but if the patient can find peace and acceptance it helps them a lot to improve their life quality

I love that psychiatrist's willingness to give their patient a recommendation for a brain scan just to alleviate stress. So many people would say that it was a waste of medical resources or that allowing it was just enabling a delusion, but the reality is that lasting stress has very real consequences on the brain and heart. Even if she had no brain tumor, the scan would have helped alleviate her anxiety and would have helped her.

That story is a strange one. Typically, hallucinations aren't helpful. It makes me suspect that they were not actually hallucinations and were real. The questions are though, where did they come from and why did they bother to help this random woman? If it were some secret government program test, how would they have known about the tumor? If it were extraterrestrials, why would they want to help this specific woman and not many of the other women out there who need help? There are so many questions and no way to ever get any answers and I am not one who can be comfortable with that.

I bet the voices in her head were her actual mind. The brain can do some crazy things and that tumor might have caused these voices. Its possible for one of the sides of your brain to act independently. Moving parts of your body seemingly on its own. People receive serious head trauma and can all of a sudden play an instrument as if they've played their entire life. Our brain is strange and is the one organ that effects our perception of reality, mess with that perception and wild things can happen
@atashgallagher51393 жыл бұрын
it's actually all very interesting, there are brain regions that are active when you are speaking, and brain regions that are active when you are listening to speech, and certain brain regions that let you tell which voice is from who or if it's your own voice. the speech processing and talking parts light up but not the recognition when someone is having a psychotic break from reality, hearing voices for other reasons, having religious experiences / communing with god, and the most interesting people who practice tulpamancy. Tulpamancy is a whole fascinating rabbit hole to go down but essentially it is intentionally creating a voice inside of your head by talking to yourself then forming a character and responding as them until you can get their response to a question as easy as you would answer and eventually it segments off and you start getting answers from a voice you no longer recognize as yours, some people will go further and basically make a whole other person and in some cases let that alternate person take over and they don't remember a thing and will act like a different person even though it is voluntary and not harmful to them it is similar to a psychotic break from reality or multiple personality disorders. but the voices seem and feel real even though you know and the voice knows that it is all you and it was done on purpose. it was a practice made up by buddhist monks. there have been a few studies on it and fmri while they interview the person and the other person they created in their head. It is fairly common among people who do this that it started when they were suicidal or extremely depressed or lonely and it snapped them out of their issues and once they were healthy again the tulpa or voice in their head would tell them that they weren't needed anymore and disappear after saying goodbye. and in many cases they can also have very real feeling but still recognizably not real visual or tactile or taste or smell hallucinations of this person they made. There is a subreddit and many people there will have two accounts one for themselves and one for this other person they made, or they just sign every comment. there are some articles and studies on it as well. and to me this sounds similar to that, now how the hell a voice in her head knew that she had a brain tumor on her brain stem specifically I have no fucking clue but the way that the voice was acting, clear, concise, helpful, and then saying goodbye and disappearing never to be heard from again is sounding very similar to me. Your brain does shit and then a smaller part of your brain interprets it for the part of your brain that's you, if you mess with the first part of that system stuff starts breaking, you mess with the last part your frontal lobe that starts messing with your sanity and grip on reality, you mess with the middle interpretation step and you get weird shit like this where physically everything is working and you are still you and fully functioning and unaltered but you start perceiving things that you are doing as being done by someone else or not being able to interpret normal things and instead seeing something far more bizarre as it's the best your malfunctioning interpreter can handle. If you stuck wires in your brain just right and played electrical signals through them you could fully simulate another world to the same or better quality than you already get in reality, your brain would then interpret those signals as seeing a dragon with laser cannons mounted on it's back and the HUD for the game you are playing just as if they were real signals from your eyes. your conscious frontal lobe higher thought would then let you experience everything all while knowing that it's fake, when you hear that NPC talking it is actually electrical signals from a game making your own brain say that to you in your head and you interpret it as another person. Your perception of reality is entirely based on your brain, if you mess with it anything can feel like anything, just look at what DMT does to people.

That theory about her own brain creating these auditory hallucinations to warn her about the pain her brain felt is 1000% more believable than the actualy story.

Brenda's story was all weird and all but the thing that perplexed me the most is that the voice said "...My friend and I used to work at the Children’s Hospital." Are they ghosts? Or workers from a very technologically advanced science facility that they can communicate via telepathy? Or aliens that lived with people for a period of time? Oh my..
@dqena Жыл бұрын
I believe brenda was targeted out by people basically breaching her privacy by using neural monitoring scans. Thats how they found her tumor US military scientists reported that a procedure called transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) boosted the mental skills of personnel. The devices are available on the open market, but there are concerns over their safety. Most people who experience these “hallucinations” are called targeted individuals And i for one can tell you, they’re not hallucinating. There is petitions and new laws being proposed against this technology being abused by ex neuroscientists and gangstalking groups targeting innocent vulnerable people out for personal gain. Much of the technology has been developed for hospitals to diagnose or treat medical conditions, but some of the tools - such as brainwave monitoring devices that allow people to play video games with their minds, or brain stimulators that claim to boost mental performance - are finding their way into shops. Makes me think people within that “children’s hospital” wanted a lab rat to test it on.. Unfortunately that was Brenda. But these and other advances in neurotechnology raise fresh threats to privacy and personal freedom, according to Marcello Ienca, a neuroethicist at the University of Basel, and Roberto Andorno, a human rights lawyer at the University of Zurich. The suggested new rights assert what the researchers call cognitive liberty, mental privacy, mental integrity and psychological continuity. The first of these concerns a person's freedom to use, or refuse to use, brain stimulation and other techniques to alter their mental state. If adopted, it could defend people against employers who decide their staff might be more effective if they zapped their brains with weak electrical currents.

I love the voices one - I wonder if part of it was the tumour was pressing on something / causing the voices, but they were like a subconscious 'dissasociative' state where her brain was lit telling her what was wrong and how to get help using information she already had in her mind, in her subconscious. That's the only thing I can think of - which is p cool in of itself.

One time another cop from a different precinct was undercover as a john and tried to pick her up, and they both kept talking around the issue trying to get the other to say something incriminating until eventually the male cop gave up. *In regards to Michael in the final story* ... One of my grandmothers was an absolute *battle-axe of a woman.* She was physically imposing-at well over 6’ and about 220lbs of SOLID muscle, that she’d earned from decades of running a large farm without fancy equipment... In addition to this-she had been orphaned as a child and grew up on the streets during the Great Depression, doing whatever she needed to do to survive...(she actually met my grandpa while both of them were earning money as illegal “rum runners” during prohibition.) That crazy childhood had given her an equally stern, tough and imposing personality to match her build. (I promise I’m going somewhere with this lol...) So, there was a running joke in the family (one that she actually enjoyed immensely😆)- saying that she had survived so many insane things in her lifetime and was probably immortal, because heaven and heII were gunna be forever fighting over _”who got stuck with her”_ when she died...so they would just keep her alive until/if an agreement could be reached. Soooo I’m thinking maybe that’s what’s still keeping Michael P. alive too...🤔😆❤️

Well, I guess my grandma must’ve had a less unique life than I thought- because this is a 100% genuine story of hers (lame family joke and all). 🤷♀️ Naturally this is the Internet, so you’ll remain unconvinced no matter what-and this is the maximum amount of effort I’m willing to put into refuting you. Because there’s literally nothing to be lost or gained by a couple people not believing me online. Sooooo, I hope you have a good one. 👍

I really think it is rather common to be spoken to, in on way or the other by your guardian angels. Sometimes it's more subtle though. But do people listen? 😅... I also had my spirit guide talk to me one day, very loud and clear voice in my head, which was not a thought. But I don't think they always are allowed to intervene so directly... It's part of our "game" here on earth to use our own senses and intuition for guidance. Which also is connected to God.

That Brenda story is the weirdest story I've ever heard in my life.
@WalkerRileyMC3 жыл бұрын
It was made up. Mostly. She likely did hear voices, but not telling her she had a tumor. Likely, she didn't think her psychiatrist was helping, did a little research on her own, decided she must have a brain issue, looked up a scan clinic, and came up with the story of voices telling her to go there. Hate to be cynical, but I've seen enough 'miracles' shown to be mundane to know not to believe anything fantastical with no explaination.

@@WalkerRileyMC lol your wrong.. believe it or not people can be telepathic or psychic. happens to women because we are the carriers of life after all. if you think about it, women must have some kind of psychic abilities to make sure our children are always away from danger. i myself experienced something called telepathy where i accurately guessed what two people were talking about in a conversation that i have never seen in my life, or i have guessed the exact location of someone i loved deeply on multiple occasions without knowing a single thing and in the most random locations, but it only happens with people i deeply care for. sounds crazy but it's just like mental illness, you can't see it in the brain, but it exists. safe to say women are capable of incredible things
