I would say honourable mentions would be c4 with the English as it is a solid opening which is asking for a possible reversed sicilian with many possibilities to reach a sharp position and Nf3 with the Reti is a good non-commital move but I would put it below c4 as it basically transposes into d4 in higher levels but it is interesting with a king’s indian but with an extra move.

f4-Bird’s opening often leads to similar positions as b3 English opening is very good, it is similar to the Sicilian defense
