@@saumyagajjar8047 You can use helper column by using countif function. Once you select the name by data validation it will show as below. Eg: Saumya|1 4500 Saumya|2 5000 Saumya|3 4800

If not, you may have to go to File > Account and check if there any pending Office update. If you have FILTER() but the results are not what you are expecting, let me know how your data is shaped and what you are trying to do? I will try & help you.
