@@dawnmc3101 If you plan a roadtrip, I'd advise you to take a detour to lake Balaton, especially the North shore and the highlands. Exceptionally beautiful villages and scenery with nice restaurants and wineries, especially in spring. It's not far from the motorway that goes from the Austrian border to Budapest and it takes about 1-1,5 hours to get along the whole lake (route 71). Even as locals, when we're travelling there we always include this little trip.

We went to Munich, Vienna, and Budapest in the last couple weeks (Viking Danube cruise) and followed all your wonderful suggestions! Budapest was our favorite city (it glows at night), and of course we had Gelato Rosa. Twice! And the goulash tasting bowls at the Market Hall. And Langos! Thank you. We knew how to open the lockers at Szechenyi Baths thanks to your video ;-). Two stops you might want to add to your Budapest list would be the Columbo statue on Falk St, and the Holocaust shoes along the river, which take your breath away. Keep up the good work!

This is the best and most brilliant way summarized, truly professional video I have ever seen about Budapest through a foreign visitor's eye who learned Budapest in a few days. All the datas are exact. It has almost everything in it what worth a visit if someone has just a couple of days here. There are some spelling mistakes in the automatically generated English subtitle that makes me smiling, but the spoken text is flawless. These are some words (e.g. the subtitle spelled "major" instead of "magyar"=hungarian) or some hungarian names as "Széchenyi" but it was pronounced well.

This video is really great. I liked that you were really interested in the stories of the sights. I only missed one thing which I think is an important tourist attraction: the House of Terror. If someone visits that museum, he or she will understand better the second part of the 20th century from a Hungarian point of view. And for someone who is not from behind the iron curtain it can be very interesting and shocking at the same time.
