Thanks for your great contents! I just wanna add something that I think you say wrong about posterior pelvic tilt on 5:36 because if they have posterior pelvic tilt it's not supposed them to have back arch so you should have said "anterior pelvic tilt" if they have lower back arch. Just wanted to share my own idea and you can feel free to falsify me if I'm wrong. Good luck mate!

Hey man love your content. Would you be interested in doing one of theese videos for rugby? I guess it would be similar to your videon about running backs in football but with more focus on the conditioning since a play in rugby last way longer than in football.

Yes we will eventually get to rugby. It will be a few months since we are working ahead in preparation for the Olympics, but we will cover it!

Coach got a big question for you: I’m a BJJ athlete recovering from a concussion I had in January (non training related). Still feeling affected in big ways and can’t do much in the way of training unfortunately. Definitely making improvements but still slow. What training CAN I be doing ? What do you recommend for athletes coming back from a concussion ?

What about Hanging Leg Raises from a dip bar; are those as effective?
@kevinyoung94713 күн бұрын
Are you hanging or in the upper dip position? If in the dip i think the biggest difference is that hanging is a great healthy way to stretch and work your grip whereas the dip position is uncomfortable for a lot of people stressing the shoulders.

Plank is the king of core
@ellist40003 жыл бұрын
I have heard that hanging core exercises are more detrimental than beneficial because they tighten up the psoas. Is this true?

@Mbstr13 жыл бұрын
It's a good exercise, in muay thai and kickboxing planks and pushups are utilised a lot along with sit up variatons , v up variations and other type of ab holds.
@mehdiheshmati40963 жыл бұрын
@@formularainbow yeah😅
@kevinyoung94713 күн бұрын
Its fine but theres no range of motion so no stretching and shortening of the muscle. The record for planks is over 9 hours there isnt another ab workout someone could do for over 9 hours or even one hour…
