I have invested in Splendor buildwell pvt ltd in 2014 in their project Spectrum one in sector 58 Gurgaon. They stopped paying assured returns/ rentals in 2018 and inspite of various visits to their office, they are failed to pay assured returns/ rentals and not doing registration in our favour. So we filed a case against them in Hrera in 2021. Several other customers have also filed cases in Hrera. So please check the credentials of the builder before making videos.
