another tip that he didn’t mention is aim slightly in front of the lead indicator if you aim exactly at the indicator it hits the middle of the enemy aircraft if you aim it slightly in front it hits the front of the plane witch is more leathal I found my self gering 3 to 4 more kills than usual I got 1st place for the first time to using that information

also the indicator is just a tip on were to aim. if u lead your shots where u think the indicator could be u can get kills as over 1.2km

Those Videos are super great. I wonder why its only 2.5k Subscribers? It should be 50k. I love when player give tips and tricks and recommondation of premium vehicles which to buy. Sometimes small youtubers have the best content and this one is one example.

Also, as to why I only have 2500 subs right now... I think it's because I haven't made my "home run" video yet. A lot of these guys have one video that gets big real quick, and then they go from like 500 subs to 5000 in a week. The problem with that is that their videos that they make don't have much staying power, so it'll get thousands of views one day and none in a year. I have so many guides, explainers, and so on that, even if I stopped making videos today (which I won't), I would still get consistent views until War Thunder dies, whereas gameplay KZbinrs come and go. It's funny, if you search something like "War Thunder Weakspots," I'm like 3 out of the top 4 search results. I've got the volume and I'm getting more subs daily. It's only a matter of time until I get recognized, haha.

@@Tankenstein Well yes i have some Ideas. Maybe you can add some Map Tactics which also helps beginners to know which location is good at the beginning of the match. There are not all maps covered and gaijin did changes so video from 2 Years ago are obsolete.

Boom and zoom works on tier 4,maybe little on tier 3.very good tactic for RB,if u play with German planes..Bf-109 got pretty sturdy frame and wings and can get little bigger speed when diving. For tier 1,2 and 3,my best advice is go in the "ball".. "Ball" is mix of planes,flying around each other and trying to kill someone..u will die a LOT..but go back,and again,and again,and again..i died a lot before,now i kill a lot..didnt played over a year,started week a go,and now im on 8-12 kills per match,with 3-6 planes lost..back in the day,i killed 18 to 25 guys in free arcade,and in clan battles that number went even more up.find a clan,fly with them,talk with guys who fly longer,try custom matches with them,cuz they will not kill u for fun,tey will kill you to show u how its done.try using stealth munition,train shooting 500,600,700,800,or copletly remove it,with guns shooting straight u can shoot guys up to 1.5 km in head on..try to learn where that crossair is..try to look other players move around map, "see" where are they going,learn planes,so u know wich plane attack from wich side(not everyone are easy on the back)..and dont stress out to much when u get killed,its just game,and there is allways someone better,play some music in background and have fun ;)

Just want to add a couple things. 1. The aiming reticle that appears in front of an enemy plane when you approach at about .78 Kms can be deceiving. If you’re at that longer distance when the reticle first appears, you need to aim well in front of it to hit your target. However, as you close the distance, this effect lessens. At 300 meters, you can fire directly at the reticle and hit the target spot on. 2. Go to the settings for weapons, and you will see one for gun convergence. If your plane has wing mounted guns, consider a convergence from 300 to 600 meters, experiment with it. I use 300 to 400 for A6M zeros, 400 to 500 for spitfires, 500 to 600 for American 50 cal. If your plane has all nose mounted guns, set your convergence to 700 to 800 meters, so you can be more effective at long range, like the P38 or most Russian planes.

Having an altitude advantage is doing literally nothing for me, just makes me a sitting duck. Flying planes like the P-51 and I dive in, maybe kill a guy, and as I'm climbing back out one of them just turns around, points his plane up and 1-shots me. And I can't do anything about it. They don't even need to climb, I can't climb anywhere near fast enough, they just get free shots on me.

Strange, you should be way too fast for them to kill you or even damage you much tbh. I think you just need to climb higher before starting the dive. Works for me everytime. Make sure all the planes you use to play that way are actually made for that though. No good doing it in a hurricane for example, they don't work very well for that in my experience.

Its annoying how people even when Im already taking down a bomber takes the time traveling to the side of the map 7 miles away from the battlefield. Also the smurfing NEEDS TO STOP its ruining the game for newer players. Its seriously bad. For events new players cant even play. Even in tier 1 Ive seen level 100 what is wrong with some people smh.

I easily do minimum 12 kills in arcade air when the br is 4.0 or less, so it’s pretty good for grinding silver lions, but when I am in a dogfight against more than one person, I often can’t manage to survive. I’ve always done the climb, then drop to dogfight tons of aircrafts then climb up when the situation was getting dangerous, and honestly it works pretty well, but it’s very dangerous.

Take my P-47D-28 and boom&zoom the enemy's that are to busy turnfighting in the furball . the use your speed to climb and disengage rinse and repeat.

Getting out of cluster fight is nearly impossible. There will always be someonento start chasing you. Also, it's not worth help allies that put themselves in position of doom.

While I can't say what's better, there are days where I far prefer arcade. Less stressful. Plus, I feel that arcade is far better for events for me. I get the aircraft stars done in 3-5 matches most of the time.

it sucks when you have a group that doesnt know how to play. i have like 20-30 kills and we end up losing and the 2nd best have 10 kills. its not even hard intercepting one group and going to the next before they bomb but my dudes always stay on a group even after they bomb wasting their time on planes that cant do anything.

It may be the "Y" button, actually. I use keyboard, by the way. If you want to see what it is and/or change it, go to controls, then go to aircraft controls, and search for "reload." It should be one of the options that comes up. If not, you can just scroll through all of the options.

I had an enemy shooting me whilst I was shooting another enemy ahead of me as I was chasing him and my teammate ignored the enemy behind me and stole my kill. I died and fucked the teammate up by crashing into him in my next life. Hilarious because my plane was okay and his just smashed to bits LOL. Assholes deserve people to be assholes to them as far as I'm concerned so yeah, fully deserved.
