@@BSMART18 I can't hate the live action Avatar The Last Airbender movie. I actively dislike it, but I don't hate it. My brother rented it from the library as a kid because he was in karate class and thought it looked cool. So I sat down and watched it with him. It was... okay. I didn't understand the hate. So I decided to watch the series as I didn't watch it when it was on TV because I missed a season and a half. Starting that series from the beginning was so exciting. It was like being a kid again. I went on that journey with Aang, Katara, Toph, Sokka and Zuko. I cried with Uncle Iroh. More than that, after I finished the series I rewatched it with my brother, who grew to appreciate the series and dislike the movie as well. So I get why it's a terrible movie, but without it my brother and I wouldn't have shared such a wonderful series together. All because I decided that the series had to be better than this crappy kid's movie my brother had insisted on watching over and over.

It’s literally the TV Show(It has the tone of the earlier seasons without the kids). It has the puns(good and bad), pop culture references(The show had plenty), and a perfect, live action interpretation of the sets and creatures.

I'll even defend Batman & Robin, somewhat. if you watch it in a campy 60s Batman mindset, there's a lot of stuff in it that's fun. Plus the sheer insanity of Joel Schumacher having a nearly unlimited production budget. It's certainly never boring to look at! Also, Uma Thurman is legit a good Poison Ivy and doesn't get nearly enough credit. Mostly it's dragged down by Chris O'Donnell and Alicia Silverstone, who are both way too bland and\or annoying throughout their respective subplots.

Here are the “bad movies” that i like 1. The Fantastic Four movies- The 2000’s movies not Fant4stic that was a disaster the 2000’s movies tho they’re just so goofy and enjoyable 2. Spider-Man 3- Do i really need to explain myself it’s hilarious and Sam Raimi tried his best but the studio messed it up 3. Ghost Rider- This one is underrated but i always thought it was badass 4. The Cat In The Hat- I know I know it’s so weird but that’s what made me enjoy it every time i watched it when i was a kid 5. Tron Legacy- This one is one of my favorites and for good reason i always thought it was so good for its story and visuals still don’t understand all the hate it got

the way he tossed it felt so authentic. Honestly I wish that movie was actually worse. You could see a kitschy kind of Power Rangers Movie enjoyment coming out of it if they leaned harder into the flaws and let the actors improvise a little and react to it all. Instead it's just a good idea with a half-assed execution and budget animatronics because the studio knew damn well it wasn't gonna make that much money no matter what they did. There's no greater tragedy than something that's got a lot of _stupid_ but without much _silly._ Like yeah thank god you dialed down the silly from II, that was a good choice, it's nice we got some proper violence and warfare that fit with the story... but now you're trying to be all dramatic and rescuing a kid with CPR using a big-ass animatronic turtle mouth.. or worrying Mikey actually likes it better in the past and wants to stay.. and the dumbness just gets in the way.

Batman Forever: Kilmer is one of the best Batmen I will fight anybody on this. Transformers: go back and watch ALL of the original cartoon and tell me these movies are not on par with the tone and writing quality of the source material.

Kilmer's a good Batman, and I also really liked him as Bruce Wayne! I actually bought his pretty boy, rich philanthropist vibe much more than how Keaton or Clooney played it. It might be because it reminded me of how Bruce Wayne was portrayed in Batman: the Animated Series... regardless, I liked it.

When I saw the first bayformers my thought was well of COURSE they did the humor that way. If they did stockstandard acceptable, inoffensive humor that got a regular chuckle out of people, it risks being FORGETTABLE. But leaning into the cringe? GENUINELY surprising, at a time when it was hard to be surprised by anything anymore, and it felt REAL. I believed this guy has those embarrassing parents, and that an alien robot would choose to pee on a guy because they've gotten all of their understanding of earth from the internet.

My favorite "bad" movies: Judge Dredd: It's really cheesy, but I enjoy watching Sylvester Stallone and Armand Assante chew up the scenery. They're fun to watch and I like the one-liners. Superman IV: The Quest for Peace: I like the overall idea of Superman trying to save his adopted home and the idea of Nuclear Man. Luthor creating an evil version of the Man of Steel is a good idea. Batman & Robin: It's really goofy, but that's what I like about it. It's not trying to be anything else. It's been a long time since I've watched it, but I liked The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen when it came out. It's just a fun, silly action movie with literary characters saving the world. Haven't seen The Return of Swamp Thing in a very, very long time, but I watched it a lot as a kid and liked it.

Andre, the thing that I love about this channel is your extremely positive joyous outlook on things. You mention you were laughing WITH the Spiderman dance scene while others laughed at it, and this is a great example of that. You don't seem to care too much if a movie is objectively bad or good, it's more about did you have fun watching it and appreciate some of the things it's doing. You're happy if a movie makes you laugh, even if it wasn't trying to. You like "bad" movies because you find the good things in them, or the fun in them. I didn't think either of those movies were particularly bad; Space Jam was kind of cheesy, but still watchable. My only complaints about those movies were: I'd have rather had the crazy version of Daffy Duck in those and Lola should've been a funny character like she was later made into on The Looney Tunes Show. BTW, Back in Action was originally planned as a Space Jam sequel called Spy Jam, and it was originally going to star Jackie Chan.

Space Jam is wonderful because of how obvious it is that the filmmakers were under NO studio oversight, aside from making sure they got in all the necessary product endorsements. It's like corporatist dada. The filmmakers knew exactly what they were doing, and put out one of the single most ridiculous movies ever filmed, which revels endlessly in its own stupidity.

I've come to appreciate TMNT III more over the years, myself. I remember the biggest complain I heard back in the day was that people didn't like the time-travel aspect because it wasn't from the cartoon and didn't feel like TMNT to them, but the concept of the time scepter and time-travel has been used plenty of times in the comics, so I no longer see any issue there. Now, is the movie dated? Absolutely? Is it cheesy? Yeah. Is it perfect in terms of story and visuals? Certainly not, but I appreciate it more now for what it tired to do despite the budget and the restraints placed on it by the studio, who wanted it to be as kid-friendly and similar to the cartoon as possible.

“Space Jam” is AWESOME! Who told you it was bad?! Also, “Batman Forever” was fantastic. I loved the story, the soundtrack, Jim Carrey’s over-the-top performance, Nicole Kidman’s lipstick, the cartoony-ness of Tommy Lee Jones, Alfred, etc. It’s great. Ridiculous & great & not too dark. I feel like if we didn’t have “Batman Forever”, we could’ve have gotten the Batman Arkham games because they definitely borrowed some things from the film.

Hey Andre, I'm with you... I'm also one of the few people out there who actually enjoys watching Spider-Man 3. I did find the Black Symbiote Peter scenes where he's dancing in the streets of New York City and the whole night club stunt plus the scene where he's on the phone talking to J. Jonah Jameson while shoving cookies that were made by his landlord's daughter Ursula in his mouth to be genuinely and unironically hilarious. Plus, I really thought that the stuff with The Sandman was really good.

The only thing that I dislike about Transformers 3 was that they got rid of Megan Fox. I realize that there were behind the scenes stuff there with things Fox had said in an interview that offended Stephen Spielberg, but the bottom line is that I liked Mikeala and would rather have seen her and Sam finish their story then throw in Carly who nobody had any emotional attachment to.

I don’t think it really needed to happen, but I definitely had a good time with watching it. One of my favorite hated movies is Shark Boy and Lava Girl. Anything that has a dream theme immediately clicks with me. Kid me balled their stinkin eyes out, watching it in theaters. And I love how it was one of the first 3D films, so they felt the need to have a tutorial video in the theater play before the movie started, explaining to everyone how to put on and take off glasses...... also George Lopez as a giant evil head was hysterical.

I haven't seen it since I was a kid, but Turtles III has a special place in my heart just because it was the first movie I saw in the cinema more than once. I went opening night with a friend of mine (we tried to get his cousin to take us to see Fire in the Sky, but she wouldn't), then a week or two later my mom wanted to take me and my siblings out for the day, and it was the only thing playing they could see, so I went again. I remember having fun, and watched it a bit more on TV (not like with the first two, but a fair amount). I should probably check it out again one day, but first I have to get it.

Batman Forever was the first and only Batman film we owned on VHS, though I didn't watch it until I was in my preteen years. Up to this day, It's still 1st place as my top favorite live action batman film, 2nd place being the movie adaptation of the 1966 "Adam West" series.

As a fan of the Hercules and Zena series, I always liked when Sam Raimi would sometimes do experimental episodes and color waaaaay outside the lines. I loved the dance montage and club scene because they were so campy. It was like Spiderman's version of the "Batousi."

Batman Forever was a HUGE deal when it was released. I think people forget just how massive that thing was. I remember being in the theater that summer as a kid and they had these promo posters hanging from the ceiling. Frigging HUGE poster of Nicole in that black dress and red lipstick and men would stop and stare at it.
