Hey Guys! I live in Norman,Oklahoma and my top 5 confidence baits(in no particular order) are Jerk Bait, Chatter Bait, Shaky Head, Tube Jig, Soft Swim Bait(Keitech). I can honestly say that until I found Tactical Bassin, I didn’t have a single “confidence bait”. After watching several TB tutorial’s. I have found that I have far more confidence to go out and do something that I love to do! In turn, it brings my family together, I can teach them all that I know about the this amazing sport and have loads of fun while we do it. Thank you both for everything you guys do. Keep up the good work guys!!

I like hereing you and your friend inform people about fishing; but here in Minneapolis Minnesota there are very large Northern Pike and Muskie. I have some of those large lures but I really have not dedicated myself to fish them for largemouth bass. This goes on in Florida from Dec to May depending on how many cold fronts we get. During this tournament I hooked several 5 to 8 lb Bass on the bed with YUM Dinger Black blue, 3/16 tungsten and lost them due to mistakes on my part against the side of the boat. They were fun to hook none the less. Several other 2-3 lb fish on lipless and square bill and spro little johns. I will be purchasing some s-wavers for the next tournament on the Kissimee chain.

My favorite colors would be black if the water is darkOr green pumpkin red flake if the water is clearer. Fished today with a friend at the California aqueduct and we agreed that both of us had never seen so many large bass in such a small area! We fished the same 100 yards of water all day from the check gates the inlet and put let drains. The spawn is differently on! We tried swim baits, Glide baits, jigs, senkos, chatter baits, square bills, lipless, brush hogs, top water and others but NO Hogs would bit! It’s so frustrating to see behemoths following my Butch brown slide swimmer but not eat it! Pleanty of 1 to 3 pounders and the occasional 4 - 5 pounder; because of sight fishing BUT NO GIANTS! You could see them clear as day today. Eye candy only! High single digits to low double digit large mouth, smallies and spottys BUT NO TAKERS 👀

Matt and Tim, I am from NJ and am finally taking my first trip to bass fishing down south to rent a boat on a highland reservoir called Fontana lake, NC in hopes of catching my first spotted bass. I am going with my dad for my school spring break during the second week of March. It is clearly a highland reservoir and isn't too far away from Lake Chickamauga. I recall a recent video on where bass go in the spring and I was wondering if you answer a quick question. I remember you saying how in the spring, highland reservoir bass tend to follow the secondary points to the back of long creeks/fingers as the spring carries on. So my question is that, do bass ever utilize the smaller creeks off of the main lake that are maybe 0.5 miles long instead of the big giant creeks should they have adequate shallow water and deep water access. I am a confident bass angler, but I am definitely out of my element with a lake like this, especially regarding a species I have never caught before. The lake actually has all three species of bass and a grand slam sounds like it could be really cool. Could you possibly let me know what you think? I know you are very busy. Regards and tightlines, Jeff Serratelli (On Foot Bassin')
