I want to know how high my arc should be...I feel like it's too high and my shot has been off since I'm rusty. I had to focus on football for a little and now I feel like I have to start my progress all over. helppp

thanks coach I am shooting guard for my shool team we played 3 games so far the season but I only played one and that game I played the last five mins I had 2 steals and 1 assists but I had many open looks but I passed on them we got the win so I'm happy the senior players told don't be afraid to shoot the ball because they see as someone that can be a great shooter cause I show that during scrimmage and practice so this gonna help our record so far this season is 2-1

Hey coach. I’m 12 and I’m trying to focus on my form. Right now it’s better than most kids my age but when I bring it up to my forehead I can’t get enough strength to shoot from 3 point range. Mid range my jumper is wet but I don’t have the strength to shoot from 3 point range. Any tips or do I just need to get stronger

Hey coach I just bought your vertshock program that costs $67 and I have a question : should I rest between each sets of the workout or should I rest after I've done all of the sets? Thx coach
@ThincPROBasketball7 жыл бұрын
You should follow the workout and directions exactly how theyre laid out... rest after each set for the designated amount of time
