I kind of feel like #5 will be the defacto base location. Unless they fix the issue where transporting doesn't happen while your not in your base then having more bases in render distance is going to be essential. #5 is the closest to the flat sections of the starter island people are already using for multi-bases so its got the best chance of being in render distance.
