I think the only one of these dive locations that would make my top 5, Scapa. For me it is: 1) Isles of Scilly 2) Mull 3) Kinlochbervie 4) Scapa 5) Shetland. These are all easy to dive locations for hobby divers. If we are talking technical then there are totally different lists. Don't get me wrong, the Farnes is nice enough, so is Lundy etc but in my opinion there are better.

Bit late but Scapa Scuba is still going strong (great for overnight drysuit repairs!). Most people book liveaboards as a group. We tend to use Halton Charters but have heard very good things about the Huskyan. Also Valkyrie/Valhalla are well regarded. There are others, but know little about them.

Been there and there are just so many better places. Yes the place is interesting and the dives are ok but I wasn't blow away like I am every time I dive the Isles of Scilly. There are also other remote places like Kilda but for me remote doesn't make it great diving just hard to get to.
